The Reject Shop

Popped in on New Years Day for a small item and was treated to the most friendly, sincere and enthusiastic customer service with some pleasantries (name tag read Charlotte) and it wasn’t a one off as I could hear her greeting other customers in the same manner well before I got to the checkout.
Well done!

Went in today and had excellent service from the register operator Charlotte. Friendly, and quick service.

I would just like to say that the young lady Charlotte, has the most pleasant manner about her.

I have had the pleasure of being served at the register twice by her.

The first time she greeted me was with a warm and genuine how are you today.

After a pleasant farewell, I was on my way, and thought how lovely she was.

Having forgot the experience, I visited for a second time a couple of weeks later.

Again, I was greeted by Charlotte with sincerity in her voice, and even though she was wearing a mask, I could tell she had a smile from ear to ear.

She is a credit to your business.

I look forward to being served by Charlotte again soon.

Thank you Charlotte for making that short meeting at the counter, an everlasting pleasant experience.

Great parking at FHSC. You can even get your car washed while you shop at a reasonable price. The Reject Shop is quite large with a great selection. I always find lots of things I want. Certainly worth a look. They have some nice Christmas stuff in now and some great hair care bargains. Really nice staff too.

Bargains are a plenty at the reject shop. Massive range of products and at great prices. Staff are really friendly and helpful and the store is very well set out and clean.
Always make a quick stop in when I can to see what new stock is in. Usually saving me a trip to the awful Kmart a few shops away.

I was looking for something musical for my daughter and I stopped in at the reject shop and I seen this large box, in it a portable karaoke system, wife said how much no price, how much money do you think she said, 48 $ roughly, it was 49$ straight up, bargain and the best dad, ha ha ha lol,job well done 👏

Daniel, the 2IC, was exrtemely helpful. Not only did he know his stock, but gave me the code so I could quote it when searching for the product in other Reject shops. The Reject Shop in Forest Hill is very lucky to have him and so are their customers. Well done.

Great shop in a great shopping centre. I buy the photo frames, great selection at great prices. Altogether, great!
