The service at this Hotel is the finest in Australasia I have found. I cannot speak highly enough of the standards which are maintained. Staff are extremely good at their job, the breakfasts are at the next level to any Hotel I know of. The range of food available both cold and hot is fresh well prepared and exceptional in variety.
In room service was also exceptional as was reception,Pool towels unlimited at the pool more milk was delivered to the room within seconds of a request.
I was impressed at every level including the cleaning standards.

An excellent experience. Three things you want from your holiday hotel are; comfortable quiet bedroom, good food and proximity to the attractions. The Royal On The Park offers all of these and more. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I'd highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Brisbane

To be honest my expectations were not high. Although, the service , the food, the facilities and location were excellent !!! We had Christmas dinner for 11 and it was absolutely fantastic. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we (mum and dad ) enjoyed the room service and bar. The staff were all amazing and we just felt so welcome and special. The menu is not huge but everything in fresh and done well. The location is great being close 5 min walk to the city, adjacent to the botanical gardens and a minute or two to motorway entrance. Was also cool to find out the Beetles once stayed here.

The pool is so nice and open until 9pm, which is a bonus.

Here for 1 full day and night before boarding cruise ship. Location is just across from the Botanical gardens, and Brisbane River. Loved the location, walking distance to the heart of the City Central and tons of shopping. Need to come back for a real visit. Recommend to me: Lone Pine Sanctuary. Needed just a bit more time to get it in.
Breakfast buffet was fabulous be sure to get it with your reservation. Well worth it.

We did our wedding here 10 years ago, and decided it would make a great overnight stay point for this holiday, as a little treat. It did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and comfortable - as we are a bit older it was nice in this room to also have the non slip mat for the tub and handles to get into the shower.

After room service lunch, we treated ourselves to a dinner in the on site restaurant. Position allowed for a lovely walk in the gardens and walk along the river. Had fun also working out the tablets and tv for the room service - but we always had the phone for anything we could not work out.

Excellent customer service. Great location. Dinner in the Walnut restaurant was one of the best dining experiences we have had recently. Highly recommend staying and dining here.
Rooms are clean and neat.
Pool area looked lovely and not overcrowded.
We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal on the park hotel. It’s a fantastic location, excellent service, great rooms and personally we loved that it had kept some of its period details. We will definitely be staying here on our next Brisbane visit.

For an older establishment, it still has an authentic style of class to it, and you simply can't beat the location as it's set right in the middle of the CBD of Brisbane. Rooms are very well maintained and the hot spa was a delight will be back again when in the area.

My wife , Katherine along with 7 of her sisters have just completed a get together at this hotel to celebrate the 80 Th birthday of one of their sisters.Right from the initial inquiry to the final check out , she was greatly impressed, as were the rest of the group from their arrival. Management and staff were so eager to make this such a wonderful event. Nothing was any trouble. From the well appointed guest lounge with drinks on arrival, to the clean comfortable rooms, the dining room, table setting, and excellent foods including absolutely delicious desserts, the staff really excelled. What a gem in the heart of Brisbane. I came up for a wedding and the happy couple came to the lounge bar at the hotel and we had a fantastic cheese platter and cocktails. My room was perfect - large, plenty of light, great shower and felt comfy and safe for a single traveller. Staff all round were helpful and warm and friendly. What struck me about this hotel is there are no 'gimmicks' - no silly flashy rubbish in the foyer/lobby/rooms - just a solid, decent hotel that has a calm, safe atmosphere and a peaceful style. Pool and spa - just pick your time for a quiet session (this was easy because my room looked out onto the pool) Thankyou for a really positive experience. Very good dollar value. Definitely will be enjoying this as a 'go-to' place in the future and will recommend to friends.

If a traditional hotel with refined and experienced staff as well as beautiful dark wood finishes is for you, then this is the perfect place. It is right on the botanic gardens, so a beautiful walk is right outside. Mark on the front desk and Jan in reservations were particularly helpful. Highly recommended!

Loved staying here. Worth spending the little extra to get a park view. Service was fantastic and staff were very friendly. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

A hotel with heart, soul, ambience and staff who really care! Fabulous location : waking up to the botanic gardens across the road; surprisingly quiet for a CBD hotel and a short walk to everything incl. bridge across to Southbank or River Cat boats. A hotel with real character and where you immediately feel calmer and looked after with any wish followed up quickly, away from the hustle and bustle of the city at your doorstep. Ideal for vacation or business guests. ... and they even have flags of the guests' countries hanging outside. My German husband was particularly pleased. Can't wait to have an excuse to go back there again. Thank you Jan and all your staff for a beautiful "home away from home" experience.

Classic hotel in the 80s-90s style with a nice bar and restaurant, friendly staff, and an outdoor pool and spa area, situated right across from the Botanic Gardens. Rooms are fine without being anything special, but not missing anything an undemanding traveller needs either. If you enjoy an old school hotel experience, book ahead to get a good rate and relax into the retro.

Lovely place to stay, had a room with a view of the park which was beautiful to wake up to. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cost of room service was reasonable and the beds are very comfortable.

From the time we arrived to when we left nothing was too much. Mark did an amazing job of taking care of us. Our room upgrade was amazing.
The restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and I loved the surprise message on my desert place. The food was amazing as well.
If you are looking for little touches and exceptional service this is definitely a place to book.

Have stayed here a few times now and the experience has always been fantastic. They were very accommodating when we arrived very early for check in, finding us a room within 15 minutes. Furniture in the foyer was very comfortable. Rooms are a great size and the beds very comfortable. I had accidentally left my headphones in the bed when I left for the day and when I returned, they were neatly placed out of harms way.

I frequently stay at Royal on the park in the premium king suits and can confidently say the hotel is just beautiful, staff are lovely to deal with and the suites are well maintained, extremely spacious and comfortable.
