Lions Park

Lions Park is a great park for kids - babies up to 10 years old (although better up to about 7-8).

The park has an oval scooter track with a slight incline and decline as well as poles to go through and a play gas station. Within the track is a decent patch of grass for kicking a ball around or a picnic.

A large sandpit provides a lot of entertainment with a fun set of equipment that transports sand from one end to the other through various stations, as well as a sand digger. It's also well shaded.

A climbing net, swings, and a couple of small slides complete the play area.

A small half basketball half court for older kids is available and in good condition.

Facilities include drinking water, two barbecue hot plates, tables and chairs, and bathrooms (no change table).

Parking is free and is sufficient for this smaller park.

Recommended for young families.

It's a nice small park with plenty of playground for kids and a full set of facilities for having a bbq. There is a pair of bbq grills, taps, bubbler, and toilets.

It even has a half court basketball hoop which is rather rare in Sydney.

Parking is accessible from Shaftsbury Road.

Great park for kids of all ages. Super track for bikes and scooters, and for mums to walk around whilst the kids play. There's a huge sandpit with interactive equipment, as well as swings and basketball area. Picnic tables make it ideal for a day's outing.

Great park. Great equipment for the little people. My kids went mad for the sandpit. Open space for the kids to run around. Bbq well maintained. Lots of seating. Great for a family afternoon picnic or party. The scooter/bike track is out of the way of the play equipment.

It has everything. It is suitable for all ages. A bike/scooter track, play equipment, sand and playing field. It even has a half basketball court for older kids. Plenty of parking in the driveway and around the corner.
It's our go to park in West Ryde.

A great place for the kids to play and to have a BBQ.

This is a fantastic little park with a round track for scooters and bikes, a sandpit with a lot of sand moving equipment lots of swings and a half court and hoop. Great for 2-6 year olds.

Huge park for your kids to play around, be sure bring a scooter, bike or skateboard etc. because there is a big path for those. Fun sandpit too.

A lovely little park. Great play equipment, beautiful shady trees and learner cycle track with road signs. Perfect.

Small, but very nice Park with interesting playground. Toilets and BBQ. There is also a basketball ground with 1 ring only.
