The greatest little supplement store in NSW, always a great experience visiting the store. Great customer service from day one, Lucky and Mel are truly one of a kind and great ambassadors for the fitness and health industry and have a bank of knowledge when it comes to anything fitness and health related. You are just going to have to visit the store to understand what I mean.

Visited the crew at AH yesterday as my current pre workout just wasn’t cutting it. 5min later, had the recommended “F-Bomb” in hand and was done. Highly rate F-Bomb if you want a pre that gives you those tingles all over. Always the best service at AH West Ryde 👍🏻

Lucky and the team at A HQ are always a pleasure to deal with. Been buying my supplements from there for about 2 years and can confidently say they always do right by me with price and understanding of the product. All the workers at AHQ have been or still are in the bodybuilding scene and are knowledgeable and helpful in knowing what products are good for what I.e they know a thing or 2 abt proper supplementation.

If you are looking for a great customer service, this is the place to go. Ask any question and they will take the time to answer it. Also, prices are extremely competitive - will be coming back for sure!

It was a great experience coming to Adrenalin HQ today. Both staff members I spoke to were so friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for and every product I came in for was at an excellent price. I automatically got signed up to the VIP program and was told Adrenaline HQ even price matches. Melanie is very knowledgeable with all the supplements and proteins. I have never seen the shop for the last decade I lived in the area. It just so happen that someone was walking past me and overheard them talking about proteins. The curious me followed the direction where they came from and found the shop! Finally got a place near me where I can buy all the protein and supplements I need. The price is really of very good value as compared to other shops. Highly recommended. Staff are really nice, friendly and polite. I even have free samples to try. 💯 Will definitely come back.
