I like specific items at IGA like sourdough bread and juice. Nice service and good staffs. Especially Mikhail is really nice.

Great supporter for the local community and to get the odd thing or two at Shepherd Bay

I had a great customer experience there today!
Some time ago I received an IGA gift card, but when I wanted to use it there the card wasn’t recognised when swiping. I was asked to come back another day because the gift card service desk to call was closed already.
So I came back today and asked for the store manager, Sandeep.
He was amazing, showed how he cared about me as a Customer and tried his best calling the card service desk and transferring the fund to another card. Unfortunately, even the new card didn’t work and they are awaiting a new batch of cards soon, so he took my phone number and promised to call or send a text when they arrive.
Even though it didn’t work out today I rate this experience with 5 stars because Sandeep did all he could to help me and showed that he cared and was very apologetic about the inconvenience.
Thanks, Sandeep, much appreciated, you truly care about your customers!

IGA is a grocery store located in the lower level of Bay Village shopping centre, Meadowbank. It's prices have become competitive and the staff there are exceptional. Throughout the covid era all staff kept calm and maintained their humour and delightful personalities. Honorable mentions must be extended to but are not limited to....Mikhael, Emily, Rosie, Katie, Prasuna, June, Sandjeep , Barbera, Alex and Sena. Thank you all for being so helpful and kind. Sorry for those whose names I've missed.

A great IGA in the shepherd bay shopping complex. Friendly staff, and a good range of products. They may not have the brand you want, but they'll have good quality alternatives.

Good local IGA, not too many people know about it being in the bottom of centre. It's not too busy. Easy to get what you need and go....
