Personally want to thank the Manager who without a moment's hesitation chose me, to please the customer, over their general rule that would apply to my situation. Many thanks. I will always associate this experience with any future Ofwks purchasing, and now there will be plenty of those purchases.

I rocked up to Doncaster Officeworks with NO expectation after reading all the terrible reviews. Paiton was an absolute LEGEND!!! Working solo at the printing desk for the first couple hours and I watched her manage multiple jobs - and fast. My order was turned around super fast and with heaps of care and great quality. Highly recommend!!!

Brilliant service at this store. I was here at 9:30am to buy a iPad keyboard. This was after I had left the JB Hifi store as I could not find anyone to help me. When I went into the store one assistant showed me to where the iPad keyboards were. They then took me through the range. We also looked at my existing iPad and worked out the size so we realised together one would not fit. I ended up with a great purchase at a great price. I am now writing this review with the keyboard and it is perfect for what I wanted. Thank you office works and for your team./

Went in to buy a stand up desk. Downstairs staff where desk was were all busy, went upstairs and asked Jeremy for help. He
located stock, picked out newest box and carried 20kg box upstairs to my trolley.
Offered to bring it out to my car too.. Aimee at checkout was extremely patient & helpful with transacting my 4 x gift cards to pay for it. Great, efficient helpful service!👍

Officeworks Doncaster is a trustworthy retailer that will refund or replace under their warranty with a check of the item to make sure it is not working correctly. This is why I trust this store and purchase items here.

I bought a keyboard mouse set in January. The mouse isn't great, it usually takes 5-6 times for each click, I had been putting up with it for more than five months and really couldn't stand it any longer, so I called the Doncaster shop this morning, Zac was very friendly, he advised me to bring it in for them to have a look and refund me. Annalise and Anthony helped me with the refund after listening to my experience even though the purchase was five months ago. I bought a new set of keyboard and mouse, being able to type and click so smoothly, it really made me feel happy, and thought of writing to thank the guys at Officeworks Doncaster, thank you for your help today, great service!

I had a very good experience with one of their staff. He really helped me by giving me information about a fitbit watch and fitbit scale I had never had anyone clear my mind about a product before so sad I do not remember his name but he was so kind.

Millie in the Print and Copy dept was a superstar. Extremely helpful and friendly, she was able to assist with my print job with courtesy and professionalism. Would go back to her to get more printing done in future.👌🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Could not give higher praise to the customer service at the printing department. Had lots of issues with equipment printing large A0 borderless posters, but the staff was extremely helpful and patient and helped me resolve all issues.

I just wanted to give a shout out to a customer service attendant in the Print and Copy section today, I think his name was Fuzzy? (American?)
There was a line of quite difficult customers and he handled all of the issues with a smile and professionalism. Customer service must be really difficult at the moment as we are all under so much stress, but it was so lovely to see someone with empathy and a smile serving everyone. Thank you for the experience!

I went shopping just this evening for ergonomic office furniture. Thanks to the helpful display and grouping of products I was able to locate my items fairly quickly, all as advertised.
A special mention to Christian who cheerfully paused his work to assist me in sourcing the bulkier items, including checking for stock/prices and loading up the trolley. Great attitude and responsiveness saving me time and effort in the process.
I was assisted by Angeline who checked out my goods and watched them while I took the car around to the nearest parking spot. She then helped with transferring them into my car and took care of the trolley afterward. This is the kind of service customers appreciate; adding a human touch to the transaction makes shopping a smooth and pleasant experience. Keep up your good work!

Extremely nice customer service and a wide variety of items! I spent so much money that the bank is seizing my fresh Officeworks items! I spent at least 10,000 dollars on new laptops, monitors, computers, even a printer! Also, amazing customer service! My eight children LOVE their new Minecraft laptops! Too bad they didn't warn me how bad 10,000 dollars worth of laptops is for my marriage, and how I can't see my children again! 10/10, worth the divorce! I hope they enjoy their new stepdad!

Have had 2 excellent experiences with the printing department. Caring attentive staff who helped me print some flyers for a friends's lost dog. Emailed the job to them in advance. Great experience. Would definitely use them again.
