The friendliness and professionalism of the staff from the security at the door, through to the ophthalmologist (Dr Frazer), and then the follow-up was just exceptional! My 83-year-old father recently had a cataract removed and will be getting his other one removed soon - the initial consultation and subsequent surgery could not have ben better - my dad can't stop talking about what a great experience he had!

Can't believe anyone would give anything less than 5 star review for the amazing staff in the day surgery area. From the admission nurse to the trainee nurse everyone was attentive, caring, professional and always went out of their way to make me comfortable. The surgeon was late, due to delivering at another hospital, but you can hardly hold that against them.... so I didn't. I was content to wait but the regular aplogies and updates from all the staff were what made a potentially crappy situation, a not so bad one. Thanks to every one of the staff that nursed me.

I attended the Day Surgery yesterday and found the staff to be absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and helpful which made me feel very comfortable. The procedure went smoothly thanks to the wonderful Dr. Cham and nurses. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Friendly staff. Clean Hospital. I was there for a procedure, the staff were very helpful and polite. Nurse who attended me, sorry I am not good with names, I think it was Sandra, she was so sweet and caring I would recommend this place and five stars for the place was clean and the staff were very professional. The staff here were all entirely lovely. They even went out of their way to treat me in the best possible way they could by providing a treatment that I was interested in but my gynaecologist never explored. By doing so they saved me so much time, money and from having to do another procedure under anaesthetic. Having lovely nurses (both male and female) makes all the difference. It turns a terrifying and painful experience into a memory of kindness and love. They never once left my side.
Thank you for everything! I'll ask to be treated here as often as I can from now over over the bigger hospitals in the area.

Easy parking, friendly helpful staff

It was excellent experience.
I been there for my procedure i had really good experience very friendly and nice staff.
There was a nurse named Melinda she was excellent very friendly and great service by her.
All other nurses and staff was really really great.

All staffs were friendly and professional. They were so communicative and very caring. The surgeon was awesome too. Top notch team. Clean facility. Thank you! 👍🏻

My daughter had day surgery a few months ago the best service one can wish for - plenty of parking - the hospital was so clean and well managed - waiting area was clean and tidy.

Lovely staff, from the receptionist, to the nurse's the doctors and surgeons and even the security guards all awesome people and really care about you.

Had day surgery and loved that this clinic was not too big and felt like a private hospital. Nurse Maxine was exceptional, a great experience.

Exellent service, in ALL areas, Three visits to date, reception, Nurses, Doctors, Surgeon, all relating to eventual surgery to an eye.
