Gunnedah Showground RV Park Camping

Such a beautiful little place. Stayed one night in roof top tents. Showers and toilets were so clean and open all night. There is 3 washing machines aswel $4 a load. Care takers where very sweet.

What a lovely place. $25/ nite, power water, BEAUTIFUL NEW TOILETS N SHOWERS. VERY friendly staff, close to trainline but NOT noisey, short distance to major shopping area.

Quiet grounds. Immaculate amenities. The caretaker very friendly. Only drawback long walk to town, taxi available. Great service and food at Railway Hotel

Lovely small area with drive thru spots. Facilities well maintained. Washing machine available for use $3. Flat spotes with actual green grass. 10 minute walk to town. Caretakers very helpful. No receipts offered for fees paid

Great value. $25 for a powered site with water. Toilets and showers are spotless as are the grounds. Laundry $3.00 per load. Dog friendly on leash only. Peaceful surroundings. About 800 metres to the main street/nearest coffee but having ebikes made it very easy.

A great place to stop at a very reasonable price. We are a family of five and felt very safe and welcomed. Clean ammenities, water and power. Lovely green grass and shady trees. Quite a few concrete slabs too. Close to shops, ovals and playgrounds. Very happy we stopped here.

Great stop over on our way home to Qld when flooding blocked the highway. Caretaker Lyn was very helpful and gave us a cement slab to park our van on. The grounds were quite wet given all the rain they've had. Would definitely stay here again and at $25 / night great value.

This is a great location while staying in Gunnedah. $25 per night on grassy flat ground includes power and water. Plenty of room for vans and some can even be drive throughs. Lovely host just makes it it the better!

Easy stop for a few hours kip.

Great location and facilities. Very neat and tidy. Amenities very clean. Not far from the main business centre - drive, walk or cycle. Loved the coal trains going slowly past - very relaxing. Thoroughly recommend.

Stopped here on the spur of the moment. Very lovely caretaker lady. Good to find more places that I can stay with my dogs. Very clean ablution block & bins kept tidy. Thanks Gunnedah!

Beautiful grassy sites unless you want a slab

Very very good. Absolutely clean amenities and grassed area. We stayed in February. Highly recommended. @$25

Loved it here. Went for 3 days & stayed 9. Just didn't want to leave. Such a relaxing & beautifully park, with spotless grounds.

The Hosts/Caretaker's, Graham & Lynn - genuinely one couldn't ask or hope for any more warmer, accommodating hospitable hosts!
Definitely "old school" in the values & how a Park should be run & they really ensure all feel welcomed. Gunnedah Council you've done a great job in who you've placed as caretakers. They have a ridiculous amount of knowledge of the local area, attractions etc & are more than happy to chat regarding any interests we had.
The price is unbeatable when considering the proximity to the main street, power & water & also a Dump Point.
Visited so much & spent a little more than intended lol.

My wife and I camped there over night and rate the park as 5 Stars. They puts many CVPs to shame as their amenities are spotless and you park on a level concrete slab. It cost us
$25 with power and water.
Disabled access to the amenities is easy via a properly constructed ramp.
This is exceptional value for money for caravaners and RVers.
We will be back.

Spotlessly clean amenities, well maintained parking area. @$25 is an excellent stopover location... Still within walking distance to the pub etc.
