Absolutely fabulous motel! Had a great experience staying here, couldn't complain about a single thing. It started with the communication with the motel staff prior to our stay, it was always prompt & helpful. When we arrived the lady at reception was super friendly & made us feel really welcome. Upon entering our room the first thing we noticed was how clean it was, absolutely spotless. Comfortable beds, even having electric blankets on them. The staff were so helpful even willing to help us out with some plastic cups & wine glasses which we had forgotten to bring for an outing we were attending & wouldn't take any money for them. You don't get those small customer service details very often these days so we really appreciated it. Despite the motel being right on the main road & very close to the centre of town it was nice & quiet & I would recommend anyone looking for accommodation in Gunnedah to stay here. Friendly, comfortable & clean with everything you need. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed in a family room and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. We have fussy eaters and nothing was too much trouble. Our dinner was great and our breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this motel and we will be staying here again when we are in the area.

Fast and free wifi. Bed and pillow are comfy and room is clean. All staff were so friendly but the best thing about this place is the food. I had steak with mushroom sauce the first night and steak was perfectly cooked, veggies are fresh and crispy. We stayed there for 2 nights and ended up eating there both nights.

We were refused a pre booked room at another motel due to the size of the family after 11 hour drive harvest lodge motel staff were so amazing and at short notice provided us two rooms and were so lovely to us thank I so much. The food was 5 stars and the staff nothing could compare they made our stay comfortably and happy. Happy nice staff and service was amazing. If in the area I would recommend highly .great job guys you made our holiday special thank you

We had a family of 9 kicked out of another hotel due to disappointment we go straight to this hotel to try n find somewhere to stay and straight away yes we have 2 rooms they put us up straight away. The customer service there was the best service we ever had the staff where absolutely wonderful. The food was to die for garlic prawns was the best I ever had we would love to thank you for the great service and wonderful treatment u gave us

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location of this Motel is very good, market is just 300 meters away from the motel. Rooms are clean and comfy.

Staff went out of their way to help super- early breakfasts at late notice, room was spotless and comfortable. Take away coffee on leaving was a lovely touch. Will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed 1 night on the way to Narrabari. Wendi was very friendly and helpful during my booking, change date and checked ini. Room was spacious and very clean. Very happy during my stay. I left my jacket and Wendy helped me to ship it by post. Excellent service!!!!

Great location, rooms are extremely clean and fresh. Excellent customer service. Owners are friendly people and are always greeted with a smile, Meals are great. I was staying there with the SES for the floods. I will go back for sure and will bring my family.

I stayed there for more than 2 weeks due to work. The hotel is very clean, the team working there are all very professional, very polite and welcoming. The meals are really good and reasonably priced. They also provided a laundry service too. Highly recommended staying there if you're in Gunnedah.

Great hotel and have stayed multiple times now. Rooms are quite nice with a comfy bed. Restraunt food has never failed to be delicious aS well. Staff are also incredibly welcoming and helpful

Modern rooms, very clean, great service. Best chicken schnitzel I have ever had! Especially with the creamy garlic sauce. I will always stay here when I am travelling this way

I've stayed in many motels and rarely get motivated to give a review but this motel is worth the effort. The appointment and cleanliness of the rooms is well above average, the food is excellent, and the service and hospitality is exceptional! I have no hesitation in recommending this motel to anyone staying in Gunnedah.

Thanks so much for your wonderful friendly service during our recent two night stay for Tennis. The room was lovely,quite and comfortable. The Restaurant had Lovely Food and well priced. Can even Book a Proper Coffee to pick up when driving out.

Very clean, comfortable rooms with an airy courtyard. The staff were super efficient and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with service and advice. Highly recommend!

When staying here, we enjoyed clean, modern accommodation, a comfortable bed, lovely hot showers and a room that didn't need heating overnight in winter: the bed covers were adequate for our needs. The undercover parking had a roof high enough to park a camper van under. Our room was second closest to the highway, but were never bothered by traffic noise. But the highlight of this motel is its restaurant and the people who staff it. I enjoyed two of the best steak meals I have ever had and breakfasts were also great. If you want to pamper yourself for a night or two on a long road trip, this is the place to do it. Highly recommended.

room was clean, service was brilliant. Great location, very easy to get around. We stayed in the family room that had everything we needed for a nice break.

This place has very well appointed rooms, the restaurant serves well cooked and priced meals and most importantly , the staff are delightful. Cool, quiet, comfortable and friendly, what more can I ask for?

All food here are exceptional good. But don't order Oysters.
