Fantastic and informative staff. They didn't have the product I was after so they ordered it in. Recently when it began showing issues whilst under warranty they had gone above and beyond to ensure the issue is resolved quickly and efficiently with the supplier.
Instead of going for the easy sale they take the time to ensure you leave with the right product that will work for you. If they can't help you they will direct you to a staff member that can.

I would like to commend the staff at Harvey Norman, Armidale, for their continued good service and support. Thanks to Brett who was on his day off this week and still spent an hour with me answering all my questions on a new clothes dryer! Thank you to all you other lovely and helpful staff. Thumbs up to Walt and Lachlan for their cheery delivery today; Walt is a truly amazing driver and can turn a truck on a pinhead!
