I contacted Kasper Inspections to conduct a Build and Pest inspection on a property I was planning to buy. I had a great experience working with Joshua during a property purchase in Toowoomba. A very detailed B&P inspection was carried out at this 80's property and every minor and major defects were carefully recorded in the report with ample photos and evidences. Josh took time to explain all the issues and was kind enough to provide high level quotes for all of them. Using the report, I was able to secure a very good discount from the vendor, thanks to his amazing attention to details.
