Franzwa and Barry were excellent to deal with and very responsive. They assisted and responded quickly throughout the purchase and even after when trying to get the keys. The only tip I would have for any agent is to make sure all the keys open the doors that they are meant to. This is such a simple request but often not done. Well done Franzwa and team.

Great communicator, excellent grasp of market and people
Franzwa has been tireless in the pursuit of a sale for us. In a slowing December market and through January- he didn’t stop. He looked at other market avenues for promotion, to other states and directed communication options. He took risk himself and put skin in the game (paying for the marketing he backed himself to sell… and he also returned half of the fees back WHEN he sold … he also was not very far off the mark in his initial sale value estimate … which let me tell you - in this volatile market is not a small feat.

But MOST of all - he was a genuine person and always checked in with us to update on their actions, results and forward plan.

And when we got a tough negotiation - he was there with skin in the game again
