LOVE THE NEW SWIM SKIN!!!!

This is the MOST HYDRODYNAMIC suit I have ever worn.

I had been using Volare Wetsuits since I first moved from elite swimming to elite triathlon and have LOVED them. Most recently I competed in Noosa Triathlon using their new Swim Skin and just felt phenomenal in the water. It is so similar to the swim suits I was used to using at nationals when I was swimming, but so easy to take off in transition. Anthony's research into all his products is amazing, and I definitely feel this is the most hydrodynamic suit I have worn.
I recommend Volare to all my friends who are looking to buy a wetsuit, swim skin or tri suit.

Excellent customer service, size recommendation. This suit has excellent buoyancy in the ocean. Able to freestyle with ease. Love the fluorescent fabric components. Also purchased Kirra goggles - white/smoke lens and swim cap, very happy with both.

I absolutely love my Volare long sleeve wetsuit. I do all of my swimming in the ocean and my suit allows me to swim all the way through Winter.
The range of motion with this suit is fantastic, I can’t recommend it more highly for all levels of ability.

I wore your sleeveless wetsuit this morning , my time improved my legs were horizontal and It was a lot easier to swim for a 68 yr old male. Thank you Phil Clayton and my son for encouraging me to buy a suit. Andy

Terrible customer service. Purchased faulty swimming goggles (fogging).After initially sending email with no response I tried Instagram message. I got a reply and was made out I was the problem however purchased a pair of speedos treated them exactly the same and have had zero issues with fogging. Emailed again to see how they could sort out a replacement pair and haven’t had a reply and it’s been weeks. Disappointing being an Aussie company that we all want to support. Won’t be back.

Customer support non-existent. Purchased a Swim Buoy in December which came with a defective clip. Support have been impossible to get in touch with over both email and Instagram. Last I heard a few weeks ago is that they would send me a replacement, however, their staff have not actioned that offer even though it has been a couple of months now since my purchase. Would not recommend this company.

I bought a bag on the 13th of November, today 27th I haven’t received an answer when they are going to send it. I’ve sent several emails, they answered one 10 days after the order was placed just saying “is in pre-order”. 3 weeks after and it hasn’t event shipped… I wrote on IG and they deleted my comment but didn’t contact me. terrible customer service.

This is a my first ever bad review for anything online, but I did not know what else to do. I bought the Volare V1 Neoprene Buoyancy Short a few weeks ago. I did my research and they looked great, exactly what I was after. They arrived really quick and I was excited to test them out. Sadly after two swims the metal ring clips which the draw strings go through have both come loose with a tiny tear on the wetsuit material. A little disappointing but not the end of the world, I'll just get a replacement. So I emailed on the 4th Feb, heard nothing. Chased up and saying I'd write a review and immediately I was responded too. I replied straight away, and just like that the reply to my answer never came. So again I chased up, still waiting for a reply but have lost faith in this company. 10 business days in and no resolve.... I've read the reviews that said how good the product was, but the follow up service is very poor! I will definitely be purchasing goods elsewhere in the future.

Purchased a waterproof bag on the 7th of September and few days later emailed them to ask if they are gonna send it soon…they reply that It has being sent today which was 10th of September then finally I received an email 15th of September it has been sent so today is 17th still not received it. It took 8 days them to send the item.

First time using bag I paid $140 for.
Clip broke in 2 seconds flat at the airport.
Customer service then took a week to get back to me saying they’ve never encountered this problem before.
I wouldn’t use them again as quality of bag was fine but clearly clips are not fit for purpose.
Straps for backpack use are not adjustable enough to ruin your back for shorter people.
Very unhappy with purchase - will be returning.

I purchased an item and paid for express shipping on Monday. Not sure why I paid extra for shipping when it has taken until Wednesday for item to be packed- not sent yet. Most businesses dispatch within 1 day. Very disappointed.
