Dr. Dana Moisuc

Not a bad word to say about Dr. Moisuc. I was so fortunate to find an available appointment with her (due to a cancellation) and saw her on Tuesday this week. She was kind, open, professional, and so clear in explaining what I had and that I needed a procedure without delay. Again I felt so blessed, that she had an available spot for me this same week (Friday). She was happy to go through all the information again for my husband also. She instilled confidence in us and I felt reassured. On the day of the procedure, she was positive and made me feel quite relaxed. Her team is super professional. Brooke is amazing! Although everything had to be organised right away, nothing was missed. My procedure was performed at Buderim Private Hospital - Day Surgery and the facilities are impressive.
I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Moisuc.

I would not hesitate recommending Dr Dana Moisuc to any of my female friends . After visiting recently I felt that finally I am on the right track. Dana changed my ointment & confirmed that I had Lichen Planus but I also said I had thrush. After taking the tablet for thrush & 2 days of using the ointment & cream it’s the best I have felt in over 2 years ...I feel like a new woman . Thank you Dr.Moisuc.

I can’t recommend Dr. Moisuc more, she was an excellent surgeon. She was friendly, professional and very informative. She made me feel very comfortable both before and after my surgery. She is very knowledgeable in her field and goes above and beyond to answer questions you may have. She showed real care and interest towards me as her patient.

Dr. Dana Moisuc and Sarah were both wonderful! They both made me very comfortable and put my nerves at ease and my procedure went smoothy and with little-to-no pain (which I was not expecting). I would highly recommend Dr Moisuc's practice.

This was a positive experience and Dr. Moisuc and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I felt heard and listened to, and all of my questions were answered with great detail. All of my options were explained to me. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr. Moisuc to anyone.

Highly recommend Dr Dana.She was very caring and respected the decisions I had made regarding my body. She was very thorough in her explanations and my treatment was done painlessly.

Wish I had read the reviews before I spent a small fortune on an initial consultation. Dr Dana was out of touch, dismissive, judgemental and not at all personable. Was not at all interested in us as people. My husband and I were looking for support, not for someone to bark at us and create more anxiety than we already have around starting a family. Left feeling deflated and like we’d wasted a 6 hour round trip. Jess at Reception was incredibly kind and caring. Felt sorry for her when she was barked at by Dana “you didn’t make my coffee”. The lack of respect shows her personality, not someone I’d like to associate with.

She was half an hour late to my “tele-appointment” where she had a go at me for driving. I don’t have time to wait around for time wasters. I should have ended the call there and then. In fact I should have charged her my hourly rate for wasting my time. She went on to talk over me didn’t provide any information specific to me or my health instead said she would get her reception to send brochures on a condition I could have googled. Then charged $150 for 10 mins if her talking over me, 5 of which was her being confrontational for her being late to MY appointment for MY health. Utterly disgraceful. These drs earn too much money and are riddled with a disease called greed. it’s very clear when someone has lost their soul and this is evident in what I experienced with this Dana. Very abrasive and uncaring. I will be taking my health and business elsewhere.

Dr Dana was over an hour late for my appointment, rushed through my appointment, spoke about test results in a waiting room with 3 strangers sitting there instead of in her room, was dismissive and judgemental, didn't ask any questions about anything just spoke at me or over me, she does not listen. Definitely NOT a Dr I'd recommend or waste money and time seeing again.

Worse doctor ever, shes awful, rude, arrogant, unprofessional, dosnt listen, all she cares is about charge more for the extra minutes she spent. After being charged for 310 dolares bc I couldnt find her hidded office behind the hospital. What a terrible experience, terrible time I spent close to this lady, would never recommend this creature to anyone! I left her room drained, up-sad and paid lots for that!!! She is a bitter and unhappy creature!

Would not recommend at all. Dana was very nice and helpful in my appointments but gave me false information for when my referral would be given to the hospital. She advised it would be sent off shortly and I would most likely get a letter in the mail from the hospital within 1 month. Fast forward to over a months time and no letter received.

This led me to call the practice to understand what has happens and the receptonist could not be more condesending and rude. She spoke over me constantly so I could barely get a question out before she beratted me with information I had not even asked her in the first place. Because she was not listening to me and kept speaking over me I told her I was going to end the phone call here as it didnt feel like I was being heard and she literally would not stop talking round in circles.

As I was so upset, my partner called where she proceeded to do the same thing to him and accused me of hanging up on her, which was not true, I told her I was going to end the conversation and why. Then she just placed him on mute and stopped talking to him? This is the worst customer service I have ever received and they should be ashamed of themselves. Especially when your dealing with vulnerable patients who are already upset and scared about the health situations they are currently in.

Extremely dissapointed and shocked at how someone could treat their patients.

Would never recommend to anyone , left the office crying after being compared to the doctors teenage son after I asked a question that had already been asked and got made to feel stupid for doing so and got told that my generation is always on their phone and never listens , when I hadn’t touched my phone once the entire appointment. Doctor was rude to the staff as well. Also implied that someone in the business was “ pocketing “ supplies.
Felt absolutely humiliated after visiting, first time for this kind of doctors appointment and not the professional experience I expected.
Would do 0/5 stars if I could. I have since notified my gp’s office who gave me the referral also. Got called for a check up appointment 3 months later and told office staff of the experience and no care was shown and conversation ended.

Was discrimated against and told my privacy didn't count because I wasn't prepared to wear a mask. Disappointed will have to get a referral for somewhere else
