Best spare parts for your pool cleaners in Brisbane! Picked up all the parts I needed for my Dolphin M500 yesterday, great having a local store in Brisbane who has everything you need in stock. No waiting for delivery and no delivery fee. Jay, the owner, is a legend also, was working and responding to email queries quickly, even at times when the shop was closed. If you need parts for you pool cleaner, can not recommend visiting Jay enough!

Not having a lot of knowledge of pool robots you tend to rely on the experts a bit more. The person I spoke to about parts for my robot was very helpful and the parts were in stock. It was less trouble for me to travel to Brisbane to collect the parts as a quote from a local pool store never eventuated more than a week from contact.

Had Brisbane Pool Robotics take care of my entire new system and cleaner on the Gold Coast and couldn't recommend enough. Jay's knowledge when choosing the right system was well informed and the install was flawless. Which was supported by completive prices. Will recommend and use in the future.

I received good honest advice with regards to either fixing my old pool robot versus buying a new one. I liked how non-pushy it was. John who answered my telephone enquiry listened to what I was saying and recommended a few robots and explained the advantages/disadvantages over another model I was considering. The recommended robot was not the most expensive one and when I enquired about a more expensive model I had seen on their website, later in a subsequent phone call, he explained that it wasn't as suitable to the type of pool I have and the reason.

Happy to report I have since purchased a Dolphin S200 at a competitive price and it is doing a great job cleaning the pool. It is looking so much clearer and the water quality has improved too. I was able to purchase an additional year warranty for a small additional fee, giving peace of mind as these robots are not cheap. Happy to recommend this company.

My robot pool cleaner stopped moving in the pool so I sent it to Brisbane Pool Robotics. Their work turnaround was within a few days (very fast!) and affordably priced. In addition, the staff gave great response to the questions I had regarding their service. Would not hesitate to recommend! Broken pool cleaner? Then be sure to give Brisbane Pool Robotics a try!
