Kaikai Chicken Springwood- Australia's Biggest & Best Fried Chicken Buffet

Wow. The wings were fantastic, huge, and perfectly cooked.
My mouth writes cheques, that my stomach can't cash!
There are so many options to choose from, too including the sides. Great iced tea as well. And I still have to leave room for a jam or chocolate filled doughnut sandwich.
Service was super fast even though there were lots of people, and several large groups.
I can't wait to go back. Update have been back three times, so far.
Still the best wings I have had.

Quick service and good chicken of course. Food is limited to wings, so don't expect drumsticks or thigh pieces. Fries were ok but a little thin on supply.

Absolutely love this place. We go here once a month. 12 different flavours of all you can eat chicken? How could you not.

This was our first time visiting the Sprinwood location. The food was amazing, lovely crisp chicken with many flavor options (more flavour descriptions would be helpful), several types of loaded fries and the most amazing cinnamon sugar Coated jelly donut sandwiches which you have to try. The only downside is limited parking on the road only, drinks were cheap knockoffs of generic brands, which was a shame and the order QR code gave us many issues to begin. All in all a great price and tasty we will return.

Springwood location had limited parking so had to park on the main street. 1st one there so food came out very quickly and ordering through the app was simple and easy. Wings were big and tasty and filled you up quickly. Loaded fries were room temperature so average at best. Staff were friendly and attentive.

From the moment you walk in you know customer service is above and beyond. This follows through when your food comes out quickly and the tables are cleared away just as quickly
You order from your table via a QR code, which is pretty straightforward to use, you continue to order whenever your ready.
We tried the Original, Nacho, Honey & Soy and the Chicken Gravy. We also had the fries with the gravy, all the food was brought out fast, hot and very fresh. We also had the fried donut sandwiches, they are so good!
The place is well set out and very clean.
The toilets are at the back and also very clean and tidy.
This place is a credit to the owners and managers, we will definitely be coming here again.
Parking is ample out the front.

First time eating here. And I was amaze by how good the fried chickens are. They have 12 different flavours to choose from, they also have unli fries with 5 different flavoura, I think. But my partner and I only tried 6 flavours of chicken and 1 normal fries. I suggest go here without having breakfast or like any meal if you wanna try all the flavours.

They also have bottomless soda/iced tea on lunch time as their special. Staff are very friendly, they are very patient explaining to us how the buffet works, as you need to order online. Place are very clean and well maintained. Kids friendly as well.

The only thing I don't like is the lack of parking space. I don't know if there's a parking area nearby we can park, but when we went there there's only 2 parking spaces designated for the resto.

But overall, my partner and I enjoyed our visit. The money we paid is worth it.

Love the space and interior. It's the coolest spot in Springwood right now. I concur with the claim of being the best fried chicken joint in Brisbane! So many options to choose from! What a great way to get my protein fix. Love the loaded fries and donuts are a must!

Plenty of road side parking, customer service was excellent and explained the ordering process and where things are situated in the restaurant. Didn't wait long at all for orders to arrive. Good quality wings and flavours to choose from. We loved the lemon ice tea. For the price this is value for money. Was a bit warm inside but all in all a great place to satisfy your chicken wings cravings.

Taking four hungry teenage boys to an all you can eat fried chicken wing restaurant is a good idea! KaiKai Chicken is onto a good thing and it satisfied their hunger easily. I wished the cheese sauce wasn’t made from powder (you could still taste the powder texture, like it hadn’t been raised to temperature and cooked long enough, but our teenagers didn’t care. They devoured everything we ordered. Good price, good concept, and very friendly and accommodating staff.

What a delightful experience we had today! Great food. Beautifully cooked, delicious sweet tea and soft drinks plus fries and pickles... Nom Nom.

The only problem was the tables need wet wipes 😂

Omg you will never leave hungry, such a great variety, food spectacular. Definitely coming back to try everything we did get to. Such good value

We finally tried KaiKai and were impressed.
We went for the bottomless wings option with tea.
We tried all the chicken wing options; my favourite is the spicy korean, and my wife liked the honey soy followed by lemon 🍋 We both really liked the loaded cheesy 🧀 chips 🍟.
The service was really good with a lot of pride.
Every order of food was served within several minutes.
I was surprised it wasn't busier!
To conclude, it's great value, and we'll definitely go back.

Had dinner at Kai Kai Chicken Springwood last night with my family and it was excellent. The wings were HUGE and delicious. The fries were brilliant and the Korean drinks we had were a wonderful surprise. The staff were very welcoming and the service was top notch. The vibe was very comfortable and laid back with all sorts of people having a great time.
Go to Kai Kai Springwood and have a great time and a delicious meal guaranteed

Everything was fantastic.
Wings were nice and crunchy. They come out nice and hot and heaps of different sauces to choose from. Also a lot of variety in the loaded fries. The cocktails were made to perfection. The tropical iced tea was delicious. All the staff were friendly and happy to explain how the ordering system works.

Quality operation, the best Korean BBQ sauses. Advisable to go there when you hungry so that you can eat plenty.

Great chicken at an amazing price. Huge selection of flavours. Great option for a large group.
