I had two fast growing cataracts removed by Dr Beckingsale. The thought of this surgery worried me, and I went into the process a bit apprehensive. Now that it's over I realise how fortunate I was that my optometrist recommended this particular surgeon. The whole process went incredibly well. The quality of the assessment made before my surgery meant that they were able to fit lenses that gave me better than 20-20 vision. I've had no problems post surgery. The wrap around care that's provided with drops etc is great. The anaesthetists were great. Overall I couldn't be happier.

Dr Peter Beckingsale is the best opthamologist I have had treat me. I flew to Moorefields in London to see an optometrist/Neurologist and was told that my transplant was one of the best they had seen. I would highly recommend Dr Beckingsale to others. I see that someone had given a 1 star for being late. It's highly possible he was late due to surgery trying to save someone's sight.

Visited Peter for refractive surgery in 2015 . To say I was nervous would be a understatement , but Peter and his team put me at ease immediately . My surgery result was a complete success . Peter has quiet gentle comforting demeanour and his eye surgery skills are second to none .

I have worn contact lenses since i was 19 - now 57 and have recently had cataract lense replacement and now have better than 20/20 vision in both eyes - what a great result. Peter's bedside manner and quality of work is second to none. i had 2 lenses inserted in my left eye for caratakonas repair and one lense inserted in my right eye and now my left eye is better than my right. I could not have wished for a better result - well done Peter and all your helpful staff!

It wouldn't matter if I waited 1 hour or 5 his is a remarkable surgeon. His skills are not measured by how long you have to wait. Had you given a thought to maybe someone urgently needed is attention, so making the surgery run behind time. I have been squeezed in ahead of other people for urgent treatment, so maybe I was the reason you had to wait longer than you felt necessary. Some time in the future it might be you that need this service.

Doctor Beckinsale operated on my y eyes 8 years ago to get rid of my glasses I have never looked back I feel more confident to go out and meet people he explains everything to you you he is very down to earth with you keep up the great work Peter you do a great job and a true person to get to know.
