Need more events so we can meet the community

Our experience here was below standard. Company owed us money, 6 months later, over 6 attempts and it was never resolved because they hide behind email. Other tenants have complained about this as well. Internet was very inconsistent and often had outages, promised phone lines and access to reception as part of our contract which never happened. Their staff turn over is very high.
The company does try to gouge you for every penny whilst simultaneously holding no accountability for their own obligations. The office spaces available are very clinical and uninviting, no community atmosphere at all despite promises to do something about it. We've left and found a much better coworking environment, leaving was the best decision our company made.

I've been dealing with the management team for my complaint but it seems like they don't take it seriously as it's been 3 months I made the complaint and they said they will do something about it but haven't. I will post in detail once everything is done but all I can say for now is I don't recommend here.

We've had nothing but a challenging experience with this Spaces Jubilee Place. From attempting to charge us a $750 'restoration fee' for an office that was used 3 or 4 times and was brand new when we moved in (and spotless when we moved out), to continually attempting to bill us for 4 months after we've finished our engagement, to refusing to return our bond amount. Their internal confusion and incompetance in dealing with the issues along the way has been the poorest Ive ever experienced. Its a nice space but the customer experience is a nightmare and I would suggest you look for another space as there are a lot of them around. This is in direct contrast to their Rialto location in Melbourne who were a pleasure to deal with.
