Visited with my husband, his hope restored. Dr Hartig was personable, open, attentive and very informative, he explained all options available. He was definitely encouraging. Would highly recommend.

I’m am currently 3 weeks post op, I had a ALIF at l5s1 with Dr Dennis Hartig. To say I’m happy with the out come of my surgery would be an understatement. I feel fantastic !!! I have to keep reminding myself that I just had surgery and that I need to take it easy. It was obvious to me that Dennis was passionate about helping people and an excellent surgeon. He is friendly caring and easy to talk with. To anybody reading this comment I would just like to say your in good hands. Thank you for helping me Dennis.

Dr Hartig performed an L5/SI ALIF on me 7 months ago. I was nervous going into the procedure as I'd had 3 failed discectomy's on the same level with other surgeons. Dr Hartig was was an incredible surgeon from first consultation to visiting me in the ward post op (even on the weekend) Im now pain free and active again... Highly Recommend Dr Hartig

This doctor has saved my life. I had L5 S1 Microdiscectomy and it went so smooth with him, no pain anymore, easy to talk to with any questions, down to earth doctor. Keep up the fantastic work i would happily refer you to anyone that needs back surgery

This Specialist travels to Mackay to treat my daughter’s scoliosis and he is an absolute professional to say the least. He genuinely engages with my daughter as the patient and me as her parent with her care. She is due to have spinal surgery at some stage and if Dr Hartig is in the theatre, I have no doubts that she will in the best of professional care. Greatly appreciative Dr Hartig for the treatment we have received from you. I don’t often write reviews but I believe this level of professionalism, treatment and care deserves comment.

Dr Hartig is a warm and humble doctor and an amazing surgeon. We've had many unfortunate results with surgeries to correct my sons scoliosis. We went into our 3rd review surgery with Dr Hartig feeling extremely comfortable with the plan and the results were fantastic.

We met Dr Hartig in Cairns today. He was breath of fresh air! Have never come across a Dr like him so far, one that has given me such a clear and reassuring answer to get rid of all our worries about our little one. He was just so lovely! Disc replacement L4/L5, in Tues out Friday. Yes its expensive, but if I had to do it again I would in a heartbeat.
