Capalaba Kebab House

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I haven't eaten here in over a year but I just though of a recent kebab I bought from a Sunshine Kebab store and I thought to myself, Capalaba Kebab House has actually ruined us for kebabs. We have never had a better kebab than we have every time we go to Capalaba Kebab House. Best value for money, the kebabs are loaded, watch them being made, the skill is next level, it never ceases to amaze me when I watch them load up the plate and think to myself "how are they going to wrap this one up!" And they always do somehow, it defies belief! The shop has been run by a lovely couple for many years. I walk in, order a regular sized kebab and basically need to be rolled out every time 😂 it's been 13 years since I've lived in the Capalaba area, in fact I live 6 hours away now, but I almost always visit once when I return for a visit because you just can't get a kebab anything like theirs anywhere else. The atmosphere doesn't technically deserve 5 stars but I gave it because I couldn't bear to give this shop anything less than 5 stars for anything due to the fact that they make a Kebab better than Jesus probably could if he ever chose to make a Kebab.

This is by the far the best kebab shop in SEQ. Generous portion sizes, amazing flavours and great customer service.

Every time I go somewhere else, I wish I was in Capalaba eating from here.

Kebabs the size of a small house brick.
Delicious and very filling. I have made this one of my "go-to" snack food places everytime I have come back to Australia and the quality never varies.

The kebabs here are amazing! I have never had a bad meal or customer service, the staff are amazing!

This has to be the best kebab shop in Brisbane, hands down. The portions of these things are huge, and the flavour of the meats is delicious! A large kebab barely fits into the packaging. The family owned business has been a long time standing business, and the family is very friendly. The chips remind me of the old school "chicken shop" and are delicious. They offer the very popular option of snack (basically chips loaded with kebab fillings) they can do open kebabs and also offer falafel and Mediterranean desserts.
Great little spot in Capalaba, and if you are a fan of the kebab I highly recommend them. Great food and decent pricing.

Best kebabs in Brisbane. I live on the northside but make sure I stop in for a kebab everytime I head down to the southside.
The small is huge, plentiful and delicious.

These kebabs are the best in the area, chips are always nice. Don’t know what people are talking about the staff being rude, they are always so nice to me and happy. Perhaps a few of these people need to assess their own manners before badmouthing others. You always get what you give!

One of the best kababs I've had in a very long time. The place is very clean and is well looked after. People working behind the counter were friendly. Price was very reasonable for how big the kababs were.

How do the whingers state it was cold. The Kebab comes straight out of the hot press into a foil bag. You are idiots and liars - It is HOT HOT HOT. Also the rudeness, once again you must be at the wrong shop. The ladies are extremely polite and ask lots of questions to fulfill your kebab choice. They aim to please. And cannot get a small kebab for your child that is just blatant lies. You can order double this that and what ever you want and they have small and large sizes. I think you whingers need to pull your head out of your A@#$.

Best kebab shop around the Redlands area, not too mention they are the nicest people as-well. Definitely recommend, im a local and they haven’t disappointed once 👍

Just the tastiest kebabs ever and very good value for money. Wouldn’t dream of getting a kebab from anywhere else. Also it’s good to support small local business.

The gentleman who made my kebab, thank you! It was such a delight to be served by you, your smile was infectious! Thank you for bringing back the old fashioned customer service. The kebab was amazing, plenty of filling and cooked to perfection! The best kebab I've ever had! The shop was buzzing with hungry customers who you could tell loved your food! A true testament to you!

I have eaten here several times and recommended to my family. Would give this place 10 stars if I could. Amazing service from people who genuinely care if you enjoy their food. They are willing to make any changes to the food to keep their customers happy. I'm a doctor and really watch out for COVID-19 practises and these people are doing it right. Excellent social distancing and hand hygiene.
The meat and veggies are fresh and they are very generous with portion sizes. I even take home kebabs and they remain fresh and delicious after a long drive home.
The falafels and sauces are home made and incredibly fresh and tasty.
But most of all the people are genuine and friendly and kind. I have heard them speaking to their regular customers as if they were family.
I will be becoming one of these regulars for sure!

I love these Kebabs. Always delicious, huge , even the small. I have chicken all the salads plus the green chili and pineapple garlic and yoghurt sweet chilli sauce. Yummo!
