Sol Bakery and Cafe

The food and coffee was absolutely amazing! The breakfast I had was delightfully fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend stopping in here. We cycled in from the city which was a perfect way to get there via the river loop.

I love getting breakfast here with my husband after cycling through the riverside. They have healthy, delicious, gluten and lactose free options. The staff are very friendly and the ambiance is very relaxing if not inspiring. Will definitely be coming back!

Great range of vegan options including banana bread, hummingbird cake, carrot cake muffins & cinnamon rolls. Great customer service too. Also serve Cleanskin coffee that I usually like, but I didn't try it.

Great atmosphere, with a wide range of extremely healthy and tasty food. Recently got a new manager, with a noticeable increase in quality and friendliness of service. One of the best coffee spots in Brisbane.

Vegan benny on a vegan croissant with herbed mushrooms was the best brekky I've had in a long time. And I am a meat eater. Thanks guys for an amazing time and great atmosphere, definitely worth the Sunday morning cycle up the hill! Masala chai also delicious.

This place is Legit....MUST try this vegan basil+ cheese+ zucchini frattata! and I LOVE the atmosphere here,,,, the interior is so charming. 🌷💕

I tried this from special menu. I can just say WOW this is real food so tasty, generous portions and the presentation is always on point. This is my second visit and I'll be back pretty soon :)

Colourful and delicious wholesome goodness. No wonder Sol Breads is so popular! I'll be back for many reasons, including working myself through the chai selections.

Delicious breakfast options. Staff are attentative. Even though it was a busy morning, food still came out relatively quickly.

So far my favourite cafe/bakery in Brisbane! For the most part, large and delicious serving sizes, with the nicest staff I've seen at any restaurant in my life. I'm a big fan of the owner's husband, Craig, who has been exceptional each time I've been in. The coffee is a little acidic for soy milk, which ends up curdling but it's very easy on the tastebuds so I can't complain (and they have a loyalty card, which I've found is rare in Brisbane). The bakery treats are always 5 stars, and surprisingly inexpensive which is great for a sweet tooth, but maybe not my thighs. I'll be coming back for as long as they're open!

The few times that I've gone recently, we've had really great service from the staff and the food has been really good too. It's a bit pricey, but an expected price range for West End places. It's really convenient to get too and has outdoor seating available if you'd like as well. Can recommend the Sol Benny as a brunch item.

Brilliant healthy organic cafe food. Lovely environment. Gorgeous outdoor dining. Very friendly staff and impressive owners. The feel of an authentic family owned and run business. Covid and local commercial rents has killed this business and I've just read they are closing down. This is a real loss for WE locals and visitors. Organic and considerate food. Such a shame. Should not have happened to this business.

Vegan friendly restaurant with amazing and friendly staff. Cook fresh and tasty food everyday. I had the scrambled tofu Benedict and it was incredible with a delicio u s coffee to match. Great for a breakfast out.

Best scrambled tofu I've ever had, and great coffee. Lots of vegan options (labelled), including croissant and Tofu Benedict!
Staff were friendly and helpful, warning me of a half hour wait for food (it arrived after only about 15 minutes, though).
The bread is fantastic - not cheap but well worth the price.

We absolutely love Sol! Every time we visit we are blown away. Amazing food, drinks and such a variety of bread.
The staff are always so polite and welcoming and the music is such a vibe.

Delicious, super fresh food & fab coffee. Expect to wait during busy times to get food delivered but it’s brunch so that’s okay. Lovely staff, very obliging. Would recommend!
