Enjoyed a VIP dining experience! Had a great time eating very special food here. Fantastic service and friendly staff. Super fresh delicious dishes. Most authentic Taiwanese restaurant in Queensland

Our family goes to the buffet and really enjoy it. Our extended family introduced us to it and still go there for dates etc. The food tastes like...Chinese food? Staff seem friendly and we've never had a bad experience there. Can't talk about the take-away system as we haven't used it, but eating in the restaurant is very pleasant.

I'd go there any time for any reason.

Been here a number of times for lunch. Best going at the start of opening. Food will be hot and tasty. Great value for money. Decor might be a little outdated, but who cares. If food looks and smells good, we eat.

First things first
Half of my family is Chinese and we believe that when you enter a restaurant it should smell Chinese
A big tick to that
The welcoming was warm and friendly, service was quick and the layout was simple yet inviting.
The food was fresh and hot and empty dishes were quickly refilled.
Everything was tasty the satay chicken was a hit with the family
The chicken curry was smooth and creamy with just enough bite for the kids to enjoy
Overall we had a great dinner with maybe a bit more than we should have.
And to get a bowl of ice cream for a dollar you can't beat that.
We will go back hope to see you there

We haven't been to this place in a few years and we went tonight for take away, the food is better than it used to be but the prices are still the same as the were 3 years ago and the buffet kept getting stocked while we were in there and we were there for only like 10 mins. Highly recommend

First time last night and i can say this is the best chinese buffet i’ve tried anywhere in brisbane. It is worth the 30mins drive across the other side of the river. They have the most authentic delicious flavour in every dishes. Best lemon chicken, noodles, dim sims, soup, plum sauce, mongolian beef, and omelette. They had other dishes i haven’t tried yet will definitely come back for more 🤤

Just dined at Westlakes again,
As usual the food was great ( fried rice could do with a bit more zing)
Have eaten chinese cuisine all over the world and Westlakes is great.
Not 5 star dinning but very very good.
Will not hesitate to go again.

So glad the place has new owners . Only went once about 8 years ago and the food was disgusting. The food now is so much better. . . Tasty , fresh and enjoyable . I’ll definitely be going back and i’ll Be telling my friends ❤

Going to Westlake Chinese Restaurant was a very good decision. The range of meals is good & the self serve area has so much to offer. We enjoyed the meals & no doubt will revisit again.

Very accommodating for our vegan guests. Tolerant of children. Excellent service and nice food. Well priced. We have enjoyed this restaurant for many years.

We have always enjoyed the food here. The owners have changed but still great food. Beef and black bean is delish!!!

Very cheap considering what you get. Small establishment but they have all the good Asian food Staples you need. A big delicious dirty Chinese feed

For mothers day which was on a Sunday they delivered a wonderful array of food hot and ready to eat.what can I say great food very friendly staff.
