It would be nice to have a reasonable service.I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional service by their staff.I couldn't handle their service so I have to cancel my operation. I can't believe that I even have to call them to open the clinic door.Also, i have to chase them to pay for my operation and schedule. Dr Andrew may be a good specialist but he need to manage his staff better. If you are a new to this operation please check your health insurance coverage because they will book you with a private hospital without giving a public hospital option. Also, they will be nice when Dr Andrew is present or if they feel like. Please be compassionate for your patient and try to help instead of telling them go find another specialist.
