Haven’t been a steak eater for too long but wow, this is the best one I’ve had. I asked for medium rare but it came out closer to well done, I asked the waiter what he thought since I’m not super knowledgeable, he agreed. Very quickly I was re-served with a beautiful medium rare steak. Absolutely delicious! Fantastic service, scrumptious salad too! I’ll be back 100%. My only regret was eating too much but it was too nice to stop myself 😂

The Morrison Hotel has always held a special place in my heart, especially from my younger days. It remains a nice choice for a lovely family lunch. On the day we visited, we were treated to some live music, which added to the delightful atmosphere of the community enjoying themselves. While I still have a soft spot for their mushroom sauce, I must admit that the food and service didn't quite live up to the high standards I remember. But then again, perhaps it's just me, as memories have a way of making things seem even better.

When I get recommended a place by this particular friend, I know I’m in for a good time. The food did not disappoint! I’m the type of dude that loves cooking steak in a very particular way but my friend has a way with words, got me to order it and I’m giving this place a glowing review. The best part was the delightful mushroom sauce. The symphony of flavour combined with the texture and moisture, meant that the chicken schnitzel dish, that I think normally would be gobbled up quickly, was overshadowed.
Overall, great place to go. Keen to try the wings next time. Also, inside Morrison’s, had excellent atmosphere, it was bustling.

My favourite go to steak restaurant. Have been coming here for more than 10 years, the quality is fantastic. Tender steaks with delicious sauces (my favourite is the mushroom sauce). The side salads is also very tasted. Great restaurant layout, very clean. The staff are very kind and attentive.

Large area, they also cater for engagement parties. High recommended!

Great steak! Busy car park for lunch on a Friday, but to be expected. It cleared out quickly so you can easily plan for that. Well done to the chef!!

The chicken wings are the best I have ever had. The wings have just the right amount of chilli - heat.
Price is $17 for 500g or $24 for 1kg as pictured.
And the steaks are always fantastic.

Best steak I have had in years. Cooked perfectly medium rare, red wine jus was on point. Service was quick. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service and the best steak I've had in Brisbane so far. Absolutely delicious. The mushroom sauce and the mashed potato in the jacket was a perfect addition to the very tender steak. Felt so welcome by the staff especially. It's hard to get good service these days but this was exceptional. Will come back again for sure!

Food was amazing, service was excellent and the venue itself is neat and nicely decorated. The dining area is a great place for getting together and the steak and gravy was worth it. I am keen on returning one day to try their seafood as another at my table ordered it and it looked amazing.

The best steak ever. Not only the steaks but also all the food, everything was perfect. Lovely staffs too! They were all friendly and kind. We will definitely come back again.

Wow, just pulled up in town, wanted a small entree and a drink to keep me going, super fast and wonderful food and service.

Fabulous lunch after almost a year of not visiting this local establishment. As always they did not let us down . They do the best steaks cooked to perfection . As we can both be carnivorous at times and have eaten at more well known steak restaurants for way more money these guys are so brilliant . Special mention to our brilliant server Manda who was so on point and helpful . Thanks to all the team for a nice break over the festive period for a great time.

Loved our visit here today. We kept driving past on the motorway and finally decided to stop in for lunch with the kids. Steals we're great. Staff friendly and helpful. Even my demon 14 year old who doesn't like anything loved his steak.

Fantastic food and excellent service. Jaz looked after us, and she was amazing! Very patient and careful with her order. Also followed up with us to check everything was to our liking. Amazing steak and sides. Excellent pricing.

Great food and stellar service. The menu is well rounded - my companion and I went for the chef’s specials and a bottle of mid-priced wine. Pictured is the Rump steak and Lamb chips.

This is one of the few dining experiences in Brisbane where there is a definitive maître’D and a dedicated waitstaff. The service was attentive without being annoying and we were left to finish our wine and talk well after our meals were over without been ushered to move on. This was definitely a dining experience I’d like to share with friends and family again.

Our second visit in 3 months. The first was less than average TBH but some feedback to the manager Micheal encouraged us to come back. The “unannounced” return visit was MAGNIFICENT. Incredibly personalised service (Thank Camilo, you’re a dead set legend, you made the evening) the meals were spectacular and as advertised. (Try the garlic and truffle butter, you won’t be disappointed). This is the quality of service and fine food that my family has been used to for almost 2 decades. Well done! See you all gain soon.

Organized with Michael, we had our Christmas party here and it was a really good night. Service and food was great and good value for a sit down function too. We were in the original fiasco's room and i think piano room where we had a casino night. The rooms were great for our event and nothing was too much trouble.
