Great store. Friendly staff. A special thank you to Marissa! I have had to organise a few returns and exchanges and the pricing can get complicated but she’s awesome and figuring it all out. Thank you! : )

Marissa and Ebony absolutely wonderful and integral part of LJ Indro.

I haven’t been into a physical LJ location in 4.5 years as I have lived overseas and Marissa and Ebony made my experience today. Both are so extremely kind and personable. 10/10 would return to this location for future purchases.

Staff are super friendly! I forgot to ask her name but it was a very lovely young lady who helped me out. I was trying to find one size for a particular style but they don’t have it so she called Carindale store and secured it for me. I really wanted to buy something so it would be her sales but the size I’m looking for is sold out already. So leaving a good review is the least I can do to thank you! I’ve shopped with Lorna Jane before and it was always pleasant experience. Not to mentioned their sports bra are durable and good looking!

I really love Lorna Jane. I always get such good service from them no matter whether it's instore or online. But the reason I'm writing this is that I specifically wanted to highlight a staff member, Grace who was ridiculously helpful & lovely. Well done to the team at Lorna Jane, it's rare these days to have this type of consistent & high quality customer service. Whatever you are doing culture wise it's working!!

Great staff and friendly service.
Didn't find what she wanted but hey that is what shopping is all about.
On a side note.
I did see a sporty tiger print outfit.
NOW I can see how the Tiger King wooed and married 2 straight men.

I was refused a receipt because I wouldn’t give them an email address. What an absolute marketing scam. The shop assistant was quite blunt about it. I only shopped here for a Xmas present. I will never be back.
