The guys at Beds n Dreams are super helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. Brandon L helped me find a mattress and did an awesome job explaining.

Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to have a chat to knowledgeable people without having to troll through a hundred Google pages to find the perfect mattress.

Visited the store a few times with my hubby, and the whole team, Brandon, Tania and Jacqui were very helpful in helping us choose a few mattresses. When we changed our mind on one of the mattresses later, Brandon was also very helpful and prompt in helping us change the order. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality mattresses, with different options to suit your budget and a great sales team!

Jacqui and Brendon were extremely patient, very helpful and lovely to deal with. We took up a lot of their time, but they didn't mind and treated us extremely well. We are very happy with our purchase and have received great value and an excellent customer service experience. Included was some excellent laughs and jokes, really enjoyed the experience. Adrian from Beds n Dreams in The Valley is the “Super King” sales assistant. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Adrian & Anna the other brilliant sales assistant, focus diligently on exceeding their customer’s needs. Adrian was extremely helpful, highly customer focussed & very professional from the initial enquiry stage, through to purchase & final delivery. He has great product knowledge, a super friendly attitude & outstanding positivity. Adrian patiently listened to my bedding requirements & made a number of sensible solutions for me to choose from. We purchased two great gas strut storage beds, on sale - 40% off rrp.

Went today to have a look beds and felt very conformable to browse through the store.
Manager and his team very friendly and I didn't hesitate in purchasing mattress from them.

I am a returned customer and again received great customer service by the manager Brendon and sales assistant Leyne. They were knowledgeable, helpful and made the process of finding my next mattress very smooth.

I’ve been bed shopping for months snd this was the best mattress try-out experience of all. I was served by Tania- not at all pushy, very gentle and a great communicator.
When my mattress arrived, I couldn’t get it up the stairs (oh no!) so I rang Tania in a panic, she reassured me that the issue would be resolved. In the end, we found a solution at home (phew!) but it was great to know that she was prepared to help if needed.
The mattress is divine! Thrilled!
