Ted Baker - Brisbane

Wonderful wonderful service from the Indooroopilly store staff today. I was served by two lovely people who helped with a gift for my best friend’s 21st. Whilst many reviews may talk down the online store, I cannot praise the service in-person enough. So friendly, so lovely and genuine. I was able to discuss my primary product as well as other items in-store and the business’ tailoring services.

Whilst I didn’t grab the sale’s assistants’ names, they were both absolutely fantastic and made me feel so welcome and cared for.

Love this style dress and how perfectly it fits. Wasn't able to get to a Ted Baker store. Only able to communicate through emails to source the right size and fit. Was impressed with the whole process and how Megan from Indooroopilly store was able to source the requested size to Kristina from Sydney City for her valuable imput to give reassurance with going ahead with the right size and organizing the express postage so quickly. Thank you for everything.

One of the best shopping experience ive had so far! They didnt have my size of the product in stock, however!, they delivered it from another city for no cost!

Nice boutique range of cloths for Men and Woman. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Always pop in for a visit several times a year as seasonally stock changes.

Terrible Customer Service. If I could give 0, I would.

I purchased two items from the website 10 days before the cut off times for Christmas delivery.
I followed up with the customer service multiple times as no dispatch confirmation had been received and was told that because the order was still processing, they were not available to provide me with any further information. Finally on the 22nd of December I was advised that there was an error and that I could either have a refund or the items could still be posted, but I would not receive them before Christmas. I requested a refund and travelled to the one QLD store to purchase the items instead.
On the 28th December, the items arrived at my door. I immediately advised the customer service team of the error and posted the items back providing proof of return and a tracking number. I was advised that a refund would not be processed until 14 days after the goods were received in the warehouse. After advising Ted Baker that the error was on their end and not mine, they have refunded me the out of pocket expense of posting the items back. This confirmation of refund email states that the refund will clear to my bank account in 7-10 working days.
All in, I am out of pocket circa. $400 with a view to actually receiving the funds in approximately 24 business days, bringing the total out of pocket time to around 6 weeks through an error of Ted Baker, not the customer. They will be earning interest on these funds for this period, while I am not able to claim the lost interest from my account.
Deplorable service, and although the purchase was for a Christmas present, I will be telling the recipient as well as any other customer I come across of the experience and asking them to no longer purchase this brand.
