Luke was recommended by family that has been with him for years - since arriving in Brisbane he’s taken care of us - he even drove our car to safe grounds when the 2022 floods filled his workshop. That’s the care he puts in. Luke’s extremely knowledgeable, has always presented his ideas and solutions so that we’re fully aware, he’s far more than fair with pricing and honest with everything he does. Luke has been looking after me and my vehicles for the better part of a decade.

That man and his team have seen me go from a hatchback to #vanlife to a beast of a Pajero (in my opinion), and has given exceptional care each and every time I go and see him.

As a female, let’s be honest, there’s often a worry of getting ripped off with simply not knowing what is and isn’t necessary to do.

With Luke, I 100000% know that this is never the case. He’s always talked me through services he wanted to do, will call halfway through if he thinks we should go a different avenue before actually moving on with it, and just is an absolute legend.

Plus, my cars love him too 😂

Luke and I formed a partnership many years ago when Infiniti New Farm went out of business. (I thought we'd lost him to the recent floods but somehow he bounced back.) I had already been looking around for an honest, reliable and trustworthy mechanic closer to my area.
Our partnership involves looking forward to the next book service and figuring out what is due to be serviced or changed. Luke will readily tell you what services he can perform for you and who to go to if the item is outside his skillset or equipment range. I'm still waiting for a recommendation on where to get my transmission serviced again (we've got time as Luke recommended I get it serviced earlier than 100,000 km (which I did)). Luke won't recommend another professional unless he is satisfied himself they are worthy to be sent a referral.
I get the parts and oil and Luke performs the service. He can source all those items for you, if you prefer. Sometimes we go that way but typically, I source them and Luke retrieves them from my boot.
I hear you saying, why not friendship? Our relationship seems more like a partnership where Luke is responsible for "telling it how it is" and providing excellent service and I'm responsible for sourcing the parts, booking in HK (my daughter named my car, "Hello Kitty"), turning up at the correct time and paying for Luke's efforts.
If you've read to this point, to me it means you are sincerely interested in looking after your vehicle...you have to talk to Luke.

Luke is the best Machanic I’ve meet, from NZ, UK, too Melbourne, Sydney, and most of QLD. My wife goes to him with her Q50 in her opinion there is no misogyny about him! After inspecting your car he tells you straight up what the problem is and then fixes it. And he doesn’t talk BS like lots of other Machanic’s stringing you along for extra money. With great prices and great results.

Myself and my family have been using Luke for over 12 years. It's extremely hard to find an honest mechanic that won't rip you off, and ensure the job is done properly. I drive from the Gold Coast when my vehicle is due for servicing. Highly recommended if you are after a good honest, reliable mechanic.

Heard about Luke on a recommendation years ago, have been using his service since, absolutely the best. Excellent mechanic, diagnoses and fixes problems that others couldn't. Gives great advice and explanations, prompt service, excellent value and goes out of his way to look after you. 10/10!

Dropped my car in for a much needed service and TLC. Had a major service, 2 tyres, rear shocks and a load more done. Completed over 2 days (had the car for the over night it would have been there). Work done not just quickly and with quality expertise but also the cost was more than reasonable and will be using Luke as my go to for mechanical work from here on in! 10/10 would recommend! Very happy customer!
