I would like to highly recommend butcher's by Korean in Runcorn-Plaza today.
I bought beef meat for braised short ribs here for the Korean-Thanksgiving in sep 2022 for my first visit.
So, beef meat was so tender and tasted good!
Also, I visited today because there was a beef sirloin discount event and I bought 1+1 as in the photo below!!!
We are lucky to be able to purchase good quality beef meat at such a low price!

We were recommended to this place, it did not disappoint.

We got pork belly, marinated beef, marinated pork and beef tounge, white raddish and we enjoyed our bbq meal.

This local Korean meat shop is one of my favourites, everything they have is prepacked and cut. Whenever I need some meat for a Korean BBQ or hotpot, this is my local shop to go to.

Good quality meat but stock can be varied. 2 out of 4 times they sold out thigh fillet in early afternoon. Great place to buy meats for hot pot.

Bought some pork belly from here. The top part looked good but the bottom part that was folded in was just 100 % fat. Seriously?

I went to there 11am on 13th of April 2020. I wanted buy a pack of Bulgogi which was $13.20 and the employee refused to accept EFTpos because min buy price is $15. They charging 3% fee for EFT anyway, In the Pandemic, everyone like to minimize contact. I wish they get some common sense.

Dont buy there anymore, may be only cheap pork or beef. Do not expect high quality meat like wygue.

예전과 비교해도 너무 역하게 돼지 노린내가 심하게나서 전화를 드렸습니다. 여자 주인께서 친절하게 가지고 오면 환불해 주시겠다 하서서, 품질에 신경쓰고 고객대응을 잘 하신다 생각하고 환불받으러 갔죠. 그런데 남자사장님 환불해주면서 하는 얘기가 돼지에서 돼지냄새 나는건 안바꿔 준다. 썩은 고기면 당연히 바꿔주겠다. 아니 역한 냄새가 썩어서 역한지 그냥 돼지냄새가 심한지 소비자가 어떻게 압니까? 그럴거면 왜 오라고 한건지. 50불도 안되는 돈에 기분만 더렵혀지고.. 당신들이 오늘 요리해 먹고나면 우리맘 알겁니다. 남자사장님은 고객대응을 배우셔야겠어요. 저도 참고로 20년을 요리해오고 고기를 취급해왔지만 이 고기는 유통상 문제가 있는걸로 보입니다.
