Less than 1/4 the price of the dealership, very flexible and very quick. Other places simply couldn't work out what battery would fit - even when looking at it.

Awesome company to deal with Waylen knows his stuff and is always happy to answer any questions/queries, always friendly and super efficient, if he can't get there same day, its generally early next day. We have been using them for years and they are great both on price and service.

Waylen fitted a battery for me in March 2017. I was impressed by his professional and friendly manner then, and the fact he came to my home an added bonus. The other night my car wouldn't start when I came out of the shops. I texted East Coast Batteries around 10 p.m. and though it was well after business hours, Waylen replied quickly and was able to send Sean out to replace the battery the very next day. Once again, I was struck by Sean's knowledge and professionalism and, what's more, my battery was replaced for free as it was still under warranty. Can't ask for more than that! A well-run business that's a pleasure to deal with. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Update: December 2019 This is the third time I've dealt with East Coat Batteries and Waylen continues to offer excellent service. It's so rare these days to find a company who are efficient, affordable, knowledgeable and friendly. Seriously folks, don't go anywhere else!

Called ECB this morning, and Waylen came straight away. Tested battery, confirmed report from RACQ Road Service, and replaced battery at price cheaper than RACQ battery service, plus longer Warranty.
Have used ECB on numerous occasions, on different cars for self and family. Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and great pricing. Would commend Waylen and ECB to all who need good quality batteries at reasonable prices.

Over the past 4 years I've had 2 cars need new batteries that Waylen and the team at ECB took the hassle out of. Waylen knew exactly what I needed and answered any questions I had. They arrived quickly and installation was even quicker so I was back on the road in no time. The batteries were a great price and I haven't had a problem with either since being installed. I also bought 2 lithium jumpstarter packs off them which made great quality presents! Highly recommend this great business!

My wife's car needed a new battery because as she left work the car would not start due to a dead battery. She was at The Brickworks Ferry Road Southport and phoned Waylen at East Coast Batteries for assistance. Waylen provided excellent prompt service and fitted the new battery in a very professional manner. Waylen presented himself in a well dressed and courteous manner and the service ute was in immaculate condition. What a pleasure to receive such excellent service.

Waylan and the team were super helpful when tring to diagnose an electrical issue with my dual battery setup. He could have sold me another dcdc charger as thats what i was wanting however waylan pointed out that i had incorrect wiring. He saved me spending 300 on a charger which wouldnt have solved my problem.

Fast delivery of a new lithium battery for my FJR 1300 Yamaha. Used it now for nearly 3 years. Very powerful and doesn't drain if left for months without use. Good value and great quality. So much better than Yuasa or similar.
