Nodo Hawthorne

This cafe has become a regular spot for us due to their delicious gluten-free donuts. These donuts have a cake-like texture, and we've had the opportunity to try various flavors, all of which were enjoyable.

Aside from the donuts, we occasionally visit for brunch. The coffee is satisfying, and the portion sizes of the meals are adequate. The cafe has a pleasant interior, and the staff strike a balance between attentiveness and allowing customers to enjoy their privacy.

Popped in for a quick late lunch and was met with an absolute treat. They let me know the kitchen was closing soon but I didn’t feel rushed. Their service was immaculate, and the fit out is just lovely. I wish I lived closer so I could become a regular. The iced chai latte was absolutely delightful ❤ unfortunately their iconic donuts were sold out but I know from previous experience they are outstanding!

Top notch new place. Will definitely be stopping here more often.

The staff are all very friendly and quick on their feet, on top of their game even with a full cafe.

The coffee was delicious, perfectly extracted.

Shared a breakfast here as the portion sizes are quite big, and the food was amazing. They out did themselves with a basic dish like avo toast, by adding so much extra to it.

Love Nodo, and cannot wait to go back.

Very nice gem in Hawthorne. The table service is a treat and the service overall is fast and efficient. The food was delicious and the chai latte was really great and not the usual. Inside and outside seating available and the music was very enjoyable.

Thank you Nodo for providing healthy warm options this winter. I loved my Winter Bowl, which is new on the menu, packed with roasted vegetables, kale, nice dairy free sauce and a poached egg on top. Banana bread is always good 👌

Our latest outing to Nodo turned out to be an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, a warm and welcoming staff member greeted us, ensuring we were promptly escorted to our reserved seating. I had scheduled a crucial business discussion with Lachlan McKean, and finding the perfect ambiance was paramount. Nodo provided just that: a serene, spotlessly clean environment that made for an ideal setting for our meeting. The promptness with which our coffee orders were catered was commendable, and the taste was impeccable, striking the perfect balance of flavor and warmth. A big shoutout to the Nodo team for maintaining such high standards; your efforts are truly appreciated. Keep shining and setting benchmarks in hospitality!

Been here twice for dine in and many more for take away coffee and donuts. Food and friendly service is consistently top notch. Coffee is perfect everytime. So glad you've opened in Hawthorne.

Great little spot in the heart of new funky Hawthorne. We came for brunch and the service was fabulous, coffee well made & the breakfast menu Delicious. Plus we even snuffled a couple of their signature donuts for later on. Top marks for a great, friendly catch up space that is also dog friendly. We’ll be back!

Incredible!!! This place was recommended to us and boy it did not disappoint. Food was amazing. The coffee frappe was the best I have ever had!! It was smooth and velvety and not super icy like every other cafe. Unfortunately I’m not a local so I won’t be able to visit again, but if I were I would never get tired of it. Thank you staff!

Love Nodo Hawthorne! The food, chai lattes and coffee are always excellent and we love the new menu, especially the “prawn and corn”. The donuts are also always spectacular of course. So grateful to have somewhere that’s so good at gluten free. ❤

Such a good Brekky spot. Went for a sweet option, which is unlike me, but wow was it worth it. Sooo delicious. I will just add the waffle would’ve been even better if it was warm! Oh well, I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic, just moved around the corner and after 3 months trying to move from Melbourne here (lockdowns and hotel quarantine) that first proper soy latte went down like Jesus was pouring water into my mouth. What a place

Had no idea Nodo catered exclusively for GF dietary needs until after I went! Beautifully crafted and presented meals and baked goods. Worth checking out!

Lovely staff and environment. Easy to get a carpark even on a Sat morning. Food and coffee are better than the one from Camp Hill one.

I frequent Nodo a few times a week (as a person who eats refined sugar free) and I'm always delighted by the service. I went there yesterday with a friend the waitress ( Zoe) is always happy to assist customers and go over and beyond! The food is always amazing and the service is a bonus.
