The good reviews are justified. Great atmosphere and super friendly service. For lunch it was a delicious falafel roll with loads of salad, hummus and a zesty sauce. Today, for breakfast, it was tradesman like scrambled eggs and toms on toast. Loved the salsa that came with it. The weakness might be the beverages. Still working on that. Today's long black was smooth but lacking in strength. Maybe I need a double shot. But cool place to hang out.
Feb 2024 Well back for scrambled egg breakfast and prove the quality of the coffee with a long black. They use 5 star coffee which is very smooth but not super strong. I'm happy to say I have moved the rating from 4 stars to 5.

Happy dance at coming across this cafe when out walking. Friendly service, absolutely delicious Falafel burgers and really good coffee. Everything is so fresh , good choices . Definitely be back .

Lovely lady made me what I wanted. Added a salat next to my toasty aswell and it tastes like heaven🥰

Great atmosphere and service, average pricing and wait times. Proximity to the Park Road transit hub means for a very practical location on the daily commute. A perfect spot for students en route to UQ to get their wakeup coffee.

Great coffee a small hidden gem, the place is cozy and very clean :) perfect to get a coffee after or before the train station!!!

I recommend Shawty's, a fantastic spot where you'll consistently find high-quality coffee, a charismatic barista, and always freshly prepared delicious food. Agree with others comments "this is a hidden gem", our local favorite.

This is one of the best cafes I have been in my life and by far the best one in Brisbane. The staff are lovely and you don't have to wait long to be in absolute heaven. The toastie here are amazing 😍 and I honestly can't describe them they are that good. The god and drink are consistently excellent and the guy who makes them is an absolute legend. This place is not worth 5 stars it's worth about 1000. This hidden gem is definitely worth trying.

I only just really found out recently about this cafe being close behind the station and thought I’d try there chicken burger for $15, so worth it for its quality and affordable prices, not only were they quick the food is hot and fresh and you get such good portion wow I’ll definitely be coming back!! Plus really friendly staff and great atmosphere, will no longer have to go hungry when I’m near Park road anymore but highly recommend😁😁

This place is adorable. The staff are lovely and hospitable. Great coffee. Smaller selection of food but makes up for that in taste. Clearly have invested in local artists as evidenced by all the artwork on the walls and pottery from local people. Very relaxed, and cute place right near reverse garbage and lots of auto places.

Much more than just the nearest coffee joint to the train station. Great quality coffee and food, friendly service and nice atmosphere.
