This service was brilliant as they gave great customer service and their property quality was outstanding!

If I could rate this place below 1 I would!!!! We were supposed to travel from Victoria to the Gold Coast but just before our booking in Dec we were strongly advised by the Victorian government to cancel any travel plans to Sydney as we could not drive (Medical Condition) we were flying to Sydney and then to the Gold Coast. There were no flights straight to the Gold Coast. The property manager was so rude and unprofessional when we called to try to ask for a voucher (even though we did not have a flexible cancellation policy we did not create the Corona Virus and events are out of our hands.) to use later next year 2021 as we could not physically get to the Gold Coast we were told 'I'm driving on the highway right now I can't talk" . The property has refused to answer emails for a week through booking.com which I find hard to believe that they wouldn't check emails for a week. We have lost all our money which we have worked hard for especially since its been a tough year mentally , emotionally and financially. I will solely make it my mission to expose Ruby Apartments Hostrelax on all social media platforms as they are money hungry, insensitive and unjust in the treatment of people!!!
