One of my Favourite win a house competition charities.
I am a VIP member and i even buy additional tickets to the draws I like. They offer the best houses to win available out of any of the others.

Can't believe how many bad reviews there are.
Its not that hard- if you want to no longer buy any tickets- log in to your account and stop the subscription.
Keep up the great work! Looking forward to being a house winner soon :)

Everyone is saying on here this is a scam when it's not. Have been signed up for years. I buy one ticket a month automatically. Mostly $5 a month with a couple of months a year, it's $10. When you sign up, they ask you to be a VIP, which is monthly deductions. Not all that difficult to understand for the chance to win a house or units.
In the end, it's a charity for veterans.

I love RSL Art Union. They provide valuable assistance to veterans number 1. Number 2, their prize homes are just beautiful and I would be grateful and thrilled to win any of their properties. Being a subscriber on and off for over 30 years, I know they are not scammers and the suggestions here that they are, are just untrue! Thank you RSL Art Union for supporting veterans and your hard work in providing beautiful prize homes that make this support possible.

Surprised to see all these bad reviews. I buy some tickets now and then online - never had a problem - except I have not won anything.
No unwanted transactions or contact.

I don't know how so many people don't understand the automatic subscription, for me it was easy to understand and it makes it easy to always have a ticket/s for the next upcoming draw/. I haven't won anything yet but I am always hopeful!

I've been buying tickets for years and staff are always super helpful. I don't gamble, this is not gambling, no prize your money goes to a good cause. Win win.

I don't understand why people can't cancel their subscriptions if they don't want them, or at leat phone the free RSL number and allow the agent to do it for them..lot of complaints about nothing...

Love the homes and $5 a ticket is very reasonable. When we needed to downgrade our VIP membership due to tighter finances, one call took care of it in minutes. No idea why others had so much trouble. Did they try to phone RSL?

I can't believe how many bad reviews there are for this charity. I've been buying one off tickets whenever a Sydney property comes up, which unfortunately is not enough. I've had no issues this far & have never had unauthorised ongoing charges. I would say that the majority of people in this situation have just clicked the wrong button when buying a tix as opposed to RSL doing anything dodgy. And how do you only realise 1-3 years later??? Check your credit card /bank statements regularly people. If you just let money be deducted from your account willy nilly without reviewing then I have no sympathy. Would you notice cash being taken out of your wallet? It's no different then checking your account on a regular basis.

And no I've never won but am always hopeful!

Had an amazing experience with Julianna in Bankstown Central! She was very kind & passionate about her work & a great person to talk to! Highly recommend buying tickets from her if you are in the area.

Reading most of the negative reviews on here and it seems like people aren't understanding it is an ongoing raffle because our Veterans need ongoing support.
As the most recent reviews suggest, it's so easy to cancel at any stage, was a quick phone call for me.
Don't bag out a worthy cause because you haven't understood the terms.
Keep up the good work and let's get behind our struggling vets.

Today I signed up as a VIP member so that I don't miss any future draws. I've been umming and ahhing about it for a couple of years, and buying tickets sporadically, but your rep's call was the final push. I spoke with Andrew Stephensen and he was the absolute nicest, friendliest, non-pushy sales person I have ever had call me. He didn't hassle me, or pressure me to buy, and didn't push me to commit to more than I felt comfortable to, either. Those kinds of people on the phones are so hard to get. He is one of your gems and is representing your organisation so well. Thanks again Andrew, and yes, if I win you can come to our housewarming party!

The staff are always lovely, polite and extremely helpful. Love dealing with them.

I have been a member for o long I have forgotten when I joined, could be 30 years, could be longer and I have been a VIP member for a good part of that. I have always found the staff extremely helpful. I recently had to cancel my VIP membership because of financial difficulties but not before I encouraged my son to sign up. They were very polite and understanding and rang me recently to see how I was getting along. Once I get back on my feet I will re-join as they o a wonderful job

I have been a VIP member for over 20+ years… I love receiving my tickets and love glancing through the brochure when it arrives in the mail….the only problem is ….I Haven’t won a prize YET but I am a very positive person….my day will come…xxxxx Thank you 🙏🌈😘🌞

I decided to contribute $200 a month late last year believing the RSL to be a good cause.
I still believe this to be the case but circumstances change so I cancelled.
Now you will be shunted about to (specialist cancellation team) but cancel they did with confirmation email(proof) so I hold them in high regard.
You cannot blame them for trying to hold onto a contribution

Customer service is great, they only charge what I've approved them too and don't forget the money is going to a great cause! I had to stop my VIP membership due to financial issues and they paused this no worries and restarted it when I called and asked them to. Definitely not a scam.
