I really thankful to all, including receptionists, registered nurse and especially Dr. Maimuna Akbar who patiently listen my problem and give proper advice and prescription. She is very humble and polite in nature and i would highly recommend her to my friends and relatives. Highly appreciated 👏🏻

Dr. Qudsia Mahmood is one of the best doctors I have seen in Australia. She is very professional and keen on her patients and check thoroughly. Thanks for being keen and patience while providing info.

I'm so grateful for this wonderful Medical Practice with the friendly, helpful and smiling faces of the reception girls. Yesterday I had to do a " walk in" appointment, Dr Mahmood happily seen to my needs as she has done before, and even though she is not my regular doctor (Dr Akbar is) I can 100% recommend her as a caring, friendly and professional Doctor. Always a good experience at Runcorn Family Medical.

I am grateful of the medical centre and espicially Robina Shams. I have been suffering from my allergy from past 15 years and I have been to every other doctor in Brisbane but couldn't get any good treatment. Visting Robina Shams was so good now my allergy is getting better and better everyday. She talked to me and give her all attention listening my whole history. God bless her. Dr.Maimuna Akbar is very passionate and caring Doctor. She’s very patient in listening to her patients. I have changed my doctor because I didn’t get the same comfort for my problems. Despite the wait the Care and help provided by Dr.Akbar is helpful not only to me and to my family as well. Other good thing I have is my husband can communicate easily due to doctor’s ability to communicate in other language.

Excellent service from the doctors and nursing staff. However, reception staff (especially Indian girls) are rude towards their own community. No greeting, no eye contact, no courtesy when referring to the patient, completely ignorant and acted like a princess.
Such people should leave their third world attitude behind or should not working in customer service if they hate working with general public.

I recently visited this practice and my experience there was very pleasant. Quite professional staff, very helpful and diligent doctor, Dr. Akbar who listens patiently and quick in diagnosing the problem. Waiting was the only frustrating aspect but doctor's professionalism is worth waiting. But, above all, a patient almost recovers the way they friendly treat, talk , deal and listen.So, I will give 5 points.

Happy with the consultancy of Dr. Bhatti.., Even recommended to many friends.. However, i’m quite disappointed with reception staff, specially one girl.. even on phone as well she always speaks so rude like she doesn’t know anything about customer service.. i told her last time that i’m unhappy the way you treated me.. i don’t know her name but i think she may be indian(young). Should teach her, how treat with clients nd respond over the phone as well.👍

Dr. Shamas was exeptional! I appreciate how she explains every detail of my lab results, I never had a doctor explained that way. She is absolutely friendly too

I have only been attending the Runcorn Plaza Family Medical Practice for a short time and I would highly reccomend it to all my family and friends. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and welcoming especially the Practice Manager Kerri. She is always happy to help me in any situation. My Doctor is Dr Bhatti and I could not ask for a more sincere, caring and extremely helpful and welcoming doctor who will go out of his way to fit me and my children in with his busy daily appointment schedule. I woke up on Wednesday morning with my face all swollen, itchy, red and very inflamed to the point I couldnt open my right eye and not knowing what was going I phoned the practice and Kerri got me in to see Dr Bhatti asap even though he was fully booked for the day, he was even happy to start his day earlier just to fit me in. Dr Bhatti is also very thorough with his examinations and clearly explains everything to me. If you are looking for a friendly welcoming Medical Practice for your family then Runcorn Plaza Family Practice is the place. They also have female doctors if you prefer females.
Its a 45 minute drive to Runcorn from my place but in my eyes it is worth the drive for the care and service I receive at this practice. Thank you Kerri for recommending this practice to me and my children and thank you to Dr Bhatti for his caring nature towards his patients.
