I emailed rms looking for a part for my aircon - Craig from rms got back to me straight away identifying the part I was after pricing it and then contacting me when the part was to be dispatched - the price was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the service from the team at rms

RMS Components recently provided me with a LED strip for a shower recess in my new build. I had no clue what I was looking for - and found Joe to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in recommending the perfect product for my needs (of the many options available). The LED strip was produced in a custom length, to a high quality, and speedier than I expected. Would most definitely return to RMS Components for any future needs in this space.

When the manufacturer was unable to assist in finding a replacement remote (had been discontinued), RMS immediately responded to my enquiry with a link to an OEM remote by the same manufacturer and promptly dispatched it (Friday afternoon). Received it on Monday (interstate shipping) just in time for our first hot day of summer. Very happy with their professionalism.

So glad I could find a spare part for my Panasonic bread maker ! My order was ready for pick-up the same day. Great service thank you.

I discovered am 11Jan '22 that the remote control for my air conditioner wasn't working I changed batteries and still nothing so I looked up Panasonic for advice they thought that my remote was faulty and gave me RMS Components contact no I phoned them at 2.35pm and ordered a new remote control they had it in stock and it was delivered to my door at approx 930am next morning 12 Jan'22. Amazing service in these days of lots of delays and complaints about poor service - I cannot praise this company enough for their quick helpful advice, and express delivery service.
