McDonald's Burleigh Heads

We recently visited McDonald's at Burleigh Heads, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The highlight for us was the fantastic playground that kept the kids entertained and happy. It's not just any ordinary playground; it's a well-maintained, safe, and fun space where children can play and explore. While the kids were having a great time, we could relax and enjoy our meal in peace. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the staff were courteous and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. Went through the drivethrough yesterday. Accidentally paid for the car behind and then I paid my own aswell, he stopped to thank me and said, he paid for the car behind him. I hope the free food went to someone in need. 🙂

My wife and I received first class service at the drive- through MacDonald’s Burleigh Heads. Austin , welcomed us through the intercom, and then painstakingly guided us through the menu, explaining everything clearly and effectively to satisfy our questions.
We were impressed with Austin’s mature and polite attitude towards us and we regard him him as a wonderful ambassador for MacDonald’s.

This week has been exceptionally good.

I had to let the manager know how good the presentation has been. Awesome treat after a surf. I couldn’t wait to eat it so I missed taking a photo.

This McDonald's in a great position and it's always clean and tidy I don't mind stopping here at all.

Staff member was exceptional 👌 service was great... we sat outside as quite noisy inside ...however with building work goingn on next door it was quite noisy outside as well.... but that's the price of progress and we enjoyed our ice creams ... Thanks.

I love this place, good food! The workers there especially a nice sweet girl named Jazmine, was bright and amazing, she was sweet and gentle towards me she is by far one of the best workers there. Love this place!

I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin in a meal with an iced latte. Food was delivered hot and fresh with my hash brown hot and crunchy. My iced latte was just as I expected nice and creamy with just the right amount of sugar. I recommend this store for anyone wanting a nice day out to grab some breakfast to dine in and maybe cross the road for a good swim at the beach.

First maccas that actually got our simple order right in 3 yrs! Yep all the other stores take 2-4 goes to get a simple cheeseburger order correct. Burleigh Water is the worst, once after 4 attempts we gave up. Well done Maccas Burleigh!

You want the best coffee YES you have to try it for yourself and come here.Whether you dine in or go through the drive through the service is the same🎉

Was served by Charlize on Sunday, she was so nice and really made my Maccas experience one to remember. I have never met anyone with such great customer service. Amazing work Charlize, keep it up!

I walk into Maccas after a few years, The Restraunt had been upgraded and the service was good

Food was fresh though waited a little longer then usual only because someone took my iced coffee, took them 1min to make a new one with a free chocolate sundae.

Today I ordered a big mac because of the reviews, and it didn't disappoint, the burger definitely lived up to the praise on these reviews. Also who ever made my coffee. short with black hair, of asian descent, did a great job, and a lovely coffee art.

Clean. Great AC temp for a hot day.
Great service. We ordered to collect from the counter but house Manager notice our order and brought to the table anyway.
Lovely experience for Maccas

I am a regular costumer at burleigh maccas and i just wanted to appreciate the work that noah baggerson and mitchell heritage do, they always work so hard to make my happy meals and i always leave with a smile on my face.
p.s - pls give magnus more then 1 shift a week as he is a very valuable asset to the store.
