Third time Chris from PPM has inspected and treated our house and surrounds. Punctual, friendly, and professional. He was also attentive to managing treatments around/away from native bee homes, frog ponds and native fish ponds, as well as our dogs’ bedding spaces.

I recently had a pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Chris and the (staff scheduling the appointment) at PPM. I called them in a bit a sort of bother at my place and needed immediate assistance. To my delight, they arranged an urgent appointment and Chris came at a very short notice. Chris had been doing our termite inspections and pest control for the last 5 years. We notice the spiders/bugs etc coming back after about 12 months, but after having Chris in to do the pest control they're gone within the week again.
