I've used many domino outlets in Qld when away for work and at home with a big family and friend group
These two stores I mentioned are brilliant , most are pretty good but these 2 really are above and beyond especially During peak times . Thanks all staff at Rothwell and Murrumba Downs

Fantastic customer service from the head office team. jumped in to help us out with a steep deadline which was greatly appreciated!

Great people, love the reception area and the Receptionist was just so friendly and helpful.

Why is a large pepperoni pizza in Ballarat look like a different looking pizza than the whyndam value store pepperoni pizza

Carindale Store on Millennium Blvd is possibly the worse mob of juniors running a business ever.
I live 1 km away yet I travel to Morningside Domino's to buy our weekly pizza. Morningside Pizzas are A1 pizza. Toppings you'd expect and always get. Attached is my Carindale Hawaiian lol

Average pizza, average accountants.

I'm conflicted by this rating, however...staff and product at Dalby Dominos are awesome...the only reason getting any stars. Fix your bloody app! I have installed, re-installed, updated, changed name, changed contact details...everything possible just to order a pizza and your app just doesnt bloody work.
Staff acknowledge and apologise for this, but they shouldn't have to. Over a year this has been going on, totally unacceptable. Its not rocket science! Fix it!

I got an email saying 3 pizzas, 3 sides for $25 but after all the surcharges were added it ended up being a $45 meal. I'm aware of some of the surcharges.. chicken extra still not sure why but a $1 surcharge for changing pepsi to mt dew seems like a scam.

This was just delivered and it was a thin and crispy vegorama. Not crisp at all. Very disappointed.

Not happy I went to burpengary store Sat 20th April around 5pm. I believe it maybe the store manager starting a night shift as he voiced he had 2 of his favourite staff on the same shift. I had about 9 minutes to wait for my order as I sat at the counter. The tallest staff member approached another staff member at the back sink and pretended to dry hump a staff member. I'm not impressed domino's that behaviour us unacceptable whether it's a mucking around im not interested. Not how staff should conduct themselves. Very poor taste. In addition my order was poorly made. Again not impressed.

Pizzas were handed out burnt, drove all the way home to find they were inedible. Drove all the way back just to be patronized by an inexperienced acting store manager, no empathy, just stated that out of the 4 pizzas one of them looked edible to them? When the quality control was questioned, they became defensive & began patronizing once again by asking if it were my expectation as a customer that they personally stand over the pizza oven themselves and check every pizza coming through? Then they deflected and stated they have a 15-year-old boy in training and I should be more understanding? In actual fact Emily flat out lied, as she was the one cutting the pizza when it was then handed to my wife. It is shameful justifying poor food standards by blaming the new kid on the line . I then asked about Dominos automated quality assurance check, and was told it didn't exist, and they haven't checked pizzas for over 2 years? I don't expect to spend over $50 on a meal to then have an acting manager try to justify poor food standards by stating she would eat the spicy paneer as it looked absolutely fine to her? Next time try and be empathetic, acknowledge the customers concerns, and offer to remake them or have them refunded.

I guess the next time I want good basic pizza, I'll buy McCain's!

I ordered over the counter at Dominos Rouse Hill NSW, 43 Panmure Street. The female young lady was pleasant. Once the order was about to be prepared. The male pizza maker started instigating a argument with the young lady. He shouted and followed her into the back area. She ignored and he still barked at her in a loud voice with me in the store. Firstly he is been aggressive, not professional, treating his female senior as a inferior person. Can you sort out as head office the staff relations at this store. This individual is going to continue to do so until something drastic happens in store. The young lady finished my order and was tearing up and distressed. Get that bully out of your employment system asap! This ordered at 1h51pm, Tuesday, 23rd April 2024. I called the head office number in Victoria but after waiting for 20 minutes my call was cut off.
