I took my Audi into Eurotec as the door locking function and electrics have been playing up. The service was impeccable and Sean was really accommodating, walking me through everything I needed to know. I highly recommend this business - fingers crossed my car doesn't have any more concerns, but if it does, I'll be back!

I went to a few other mechanics before I found Eurotec, my car is now in good hands. They have been the best mechanics I’ve had. Always very happy with their service.

Was visiting a friend in Burleigh while travelling North when I had an unexpected engine problem that needed urgent attention. Eurotec was the closest and the reviews were very good. I spoke with Tracey on the phone and she was extremely supportive and organised for a full diagnostic the same day. The engine required a new harmonic balancer and although Eurotec were busy with other customers, they fixed the problem the same day. I am so grateful for their professional service and customer support. Anders was also able to assist with a few other concerns and nothing was a problem. A business who puts their customers first, and their costs were reasonable, now that's a great business. Thank you so much and highly recommend you to everyone. Peter K

The team at Eurotec are simply outstanding. Anders gave me an honest appraisal of what needed repair and then carried out the repairs competently and at about two thirds of the cost quoted to me by the dealership. I have dealt with this firm on and off over the course of about seven years and cannot fault their professionalism. They're nice people to deal with as well.
They may not wash your car or offer a 'free' loan car but then again, they don't charge like wounded bulls either. Good work at competitive prices using OEM providers parts.

Daughters Mercedes had an engine cooling issue. Even though they were fully booked they managed to fit us in and had it fixed with-in a few hours.

I've taken my BMW to Eurotec 7 times now for a regular service and recently they had to fix a mechanical fault. They're good mechanics, they're pricing is excellent and my bills have been the same as what I was paying for my old Subaru Forester with a different mechanic. I've had no issues with the customer service, they're normal people who talk to me like normal people do. They say please and thankyou and I'm not really after much more than that. I think some people might expect them to serve you like you're checking into a 5 star hotel, but it's a mechanical workshop and it's a pretty straightforward interaction with these guys. Highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Had a mystery rattle in my Golf GTI; Sean identified the source of it within 30 seconds of a test drive and it was fixed without dramas the same day. Friendly, expert and value for money service…I highly recommend Eurotec to any European vehicle owner.

They look after as if you are a family.They are honest about your car. Been with them for 7 years and they honestly does not want to suggest repairs that are not needed. In fact they are advising owners that it some are "not urgent" or some repairs are "not needed". Eurotech are very honest people and mechanics. Not sugarcoating everything to make sales or money.

I phoned Anders at 8am. Had my car towed in at 9am. Back on the road again at 11am.
They had the part in stock for my Mercedes, they had the knowledge and the experience to fit a new crank position sensor quickly and efficiently.

Considering that they would have had other cars in for servicing, to be able to get my car repaired so quickly was fantastic.

Highly recommended to all Mercedes and BMW owners.

5 Star experience all the way! I have been going to Eurotec for over 10 years and so have all our 4 BMW's. We started going there after being ripped off by Bruce Lynton and I have always found Eurotec to be simply amazing! No problem is too big or too smal and they will fit you in straight away. Anders is the best BMW tech I have ever met and the lady at reception is very kind, helpful and welcoming. Ours cars are always treated with the utmost of respect and all the customers are always treated fantastic too. I would not go anywhere else and I invite everyone to go to Eurotec for fast, friendly, economical and professional service!

I only discovered Eurotec recently and have taken my BMW there twice for some minor problems. I could not be any happier with the friendly service and the price I was charged.
Anders certainly knows everything about BWM's. Would never take my car anywhere else ever again.

!9/12/2016....My stop light wasn't working took my BMW to a local auto elect at Tweed to get bulb replaced. He told me that it wasn't the bulb, the whole tail light assembly would need replacing at a cost of $200. Took it to Anders at Eurotec. He replaced blown bulb. No charge. Thank you Anders and Eurotec...Honest, friendly. Every time I have been there I cannot fault anything, especially his low charges.

Emailed the guys at Eurotec last minute to have a bulb quickly changed. Anders said no worries pop in whenever. I arrived and the guys were super busy and could easily have asked me to come back a different day, but they quickly made time to help me out. Will definitely be coming back just based on their customer service and helpfulness alone.

We have taken our BMW 's and VW's to Eurotec for 15 years and have always experienced exceptional service and great value for money. I recommend them to anyone lucky enough to drive a vehicle they are proud of.

My regular mechanic referred me to Eurotec to fix an airbag fault on my Mercedes. Anders was extremely helpful and had the issue fixed in no time. I highly recommend.

I have a BMW 330d that was giving me an error message on the dash about the Tyres. I took it to the BMW dealership in Southport to be told it would be $200 an hour - just to put it on the diagnostic machine! The car is just out of warranty, so I took it to Eurotec in Burleigh instead, which was recommended to me by a friend who has a BMW X5 M.

I sat in the waiting room for about 20 mins - the diagnosis was it just needed a wheel alignment and they had re-set the error for me. I went to the counter to pay for the diagnosis to be told their would be ZERO charge AND they recommended a tyre place down the road who did great work with BMW's.

$55 for the wheel alignment and I'm back on the road again... Let's just say I'll be avoiding the $200 an hour at the BMW dealership next time there is a problem and heading straight to Eurotec!

I am so pleased with the service and the personal care i was provided by andis and his wife i now know why my mum swears by them. My mother lee is a perfectionist and would only take me to the best person on the goldcoast to fix my bmw. Cudos to you guys.
