Sovereign On The Gold Coast

My daughter and I stayed for two night in January. The ladies on reception were all very lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The pool was fantastic. For the price, you can’t go wrong

Stayed here for a couple nights and the service was great, easy and helpful. Everything works in the hotel and the location is great. They even have a nice spa you can relax in as well as a sauna. Highly recommend for a great price too!

I loved this apartment will definitely go back next time I'm down I was on 5th floor view of the beach close walk to Cavill ave and close to beach I enjoy the time I was there

Good stay and close to pretty much everything on the Gold Coast and the tram stop is a 5 minute walk.
Bed was comfy and the shower was awesome.
Service was great and very helpful.
Good spot for families to stay as there are plenty of space in the rooms. Overall a great spot and cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Great place, nice pool, spa etc. Easy access to public transport to get around.

I booked this QLD trip as a surprise for my 10 year old son. We had the best time.close to beaches. The views were lovely. And I found the staff to be absolutely fabulous respectful and helpful. The heated pool was lovely and my son enjoyed it every day we were there. My bond was returned 2 days after we left - No issues.
We will definitely be retuning to make more beautiful memories.

Close to the tram and it's a nice place to stay for a great vacation in gold coast. The room is big and we enjoyed so much.

Excellent room - large, and very clean! Staff went above and beyond for us! The pool and spa were great, and the views are amazing. Close to restaurants, and shops. Only negative is the carpark is squishy and not enough parks. Otherwise, I can't fault anything.

So far it's night 6 of our 10 day stay and I am amazed at the vastly inaccurate reviews I have read. This place has been great. The room is fantastic, massive compared to what we expected and super clean. The bed is really comfy although the pillows are a little thin for my liking but hey that's personal preference so no whinging there haha, the staff have been great and I can see that they have a handfull on thier plate each day and are great at their job. The parking is a little tight but you get use to it and totally understand that all parking in surfers is a pain at times. Keep it up guys n gals.. as I said this is night 6 and if the rest of our stay is as good as this you have a repeat customer for our extended stays in the future and will recommend to everyone we know.

Staff here were so helpful. While the parking options are minimal (not staffs fault) one staff member went about and beyond her duties to take care of us and assist us in any way possible. Room was lovely and clean. Beds comfortable and you can't beat the location.

We stayed for one night to see a show at HOTA. The rooms were freshly renovated, clean and and beds were super comfy. Pool area was lovely and great to have the Malaysian Resturant in the lobby! We had a great stay and would come again.

Exceeded expectations. Staff members Ashton and Madison on the front desk went above and beyond. Was so impressed with both of them. The room was so beautiful! My daughter and I agree that it made our trip.

Great location rooms 324 and 325 all renovated new beds, new bathrooms and Kitchen. Short walk to Trams , 12 min stroll to the heart. Beach 3 min walk too.pool view just tops.

The suite room we stayed in was really big had two balconies with ocean views and views to the incredible Surfers Paradise skyline. Just a short 5 minute stroll to the beach. The resort pool and spa were lovely. Great value for the price.

Stayed this weekend with my partner and had a great time. Walking distance to shops, nice views from balcony. Room was as advertised. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure. Thank you.

The place was undergoing some repairs during the week we stayed there. Great sea change when you live in a rural area. Short walk to Cavill Avenue, and the beautiful seafront walkways. Made use of their gym, pool, spa and sauna. When you combine this with the excellent reception staff, it's certainly a place we will be returning to in the future.

It was a great Easter school holiday with a beautiful pool and friendly staff with good quality service and cheap price. I has stayed for 5 nights in 1 bed suite. It was big size, clean and nothing to complain. My 5yo daughter loved pools and sandpit.
Underground carparks are so full at night time. That was the only uncomfortable thing. No Bathroom amenities, only hand wash was there but it was ok I like to use my own stuff. Room cleaning is $25 per service.
