Mermaid Beach Park View Resort

Great location, free underground parking, rooms are comfy enough and relatively modern. Walkable distance to dining options. The lady at reception (who I think was the owner) was very kind and let me check out slightly later. Overall I’d recommend this place.

We enjoyed and had a great stay. Clean and close to everything. Perfect if you have a hired car as there is an undercover car park and the rooms are complete with amenities such as stove, microwave, oven and fridge. No disturbance or anything and only less than 5 minute walk to mermaid beach 🏖

We really enjoyed our two-night stay this week. Rooms were great value, with balcony, comfortable seating, up-to-date TV, and facilities for cooking. Very short walk to the beach - and while it was a bit more effort to get to other locations without a car - this probably meant a more relaxed and quiet location away from the busy hotels. Thank you to Terry and Trisha for helping us with our extra needs like the fold out couch, ensuring we were able to check-in out of office hours, and storing baggage before our flights. This made a big difference. Thanks again!

If your looking for a non-smoking complex with great value for money and friendly staff you need not look any further. Terry and Trish were fabulous hosts and catered for our every need and more. The location is sublime and only a few minutes walk to the beach, buses and trams. Fantastic BBQ entertaining area, pool and spa, even has a sauna. The rooms were the cleanest i have stayed in and the apartments roomy and very functional. I simply didnt experience any negatives. Well done Terry and Trish you have acquired a new repeat customer. We planned on staying for 4 weeks and ended up staying for 9 months in different apartment of the complex. All of them were great. We will definitely come back. It’s close to everything, the management is great and everything is supplied for everyday life. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Fantastic place to stay. Situated perfectly, close to the beach, entertainment, shopping, cafes, restaurants and parks. Being so close to public transport is handy and with the new tram system opening soon the travel possibilities are endless. The rooms are clean, tidy and have modern furnishings throughout. A lovely outdoor area with pool, spa, sauna and bbqs too. The on-site managers Terry and Trisha we friendly and helpful. The perfect place to stay on the Gold Coast!

I really enjoyed my 5week stay. Terry and Trisha are by far the sweetest managers, they so helpful and super nice.

Walking everywhere was such a treat, beach its so close by, public transport and the french bakery 5mins walk its the bomb. Everything about this place rocks but furniture its a little outdated

I was impressed with the value for money when I stayed at the Mermaid Beach Park View apartments. The one bedroom apartment that I stayed in was very clean and tidy. I had a view of the pool area as well. The close proximity to the Broadbeach Convention Centre was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here.

The reception staff was professional and courteous and even provided a map of the area and complimentary wi-fi for my stay. The only thing that I felt was lacking was washcloths. There were however, 2 large towels, hand towels and a bathmat.

Great place to stay in Gold Coast. The apartment is clean and well equipped including a kitchen with pots, pans, plates etc. Easy access to Pacific Fair and the beach. Good value!

Been living there for more than one week, really convenient resort quiet and clean, pretty close to Pacific Fair Shopping Center, lovely front desk girl and friendly manager, definitely will live here again if next time I come to Gold Coast, big thumb up

Lovely hotel. Easy to get to and very central. Great rooms with kitchen and l'dry facilities. We didn't get to try the pool/bbq area, but it looks lovely.

Rooms were very quiet considering such a central location. Price was exceptional and hosts very friendly. Thanks for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited Pacific Fair, Carrara markets ( only a few km's away) and also the Gold coast caravan and camping show, just a short drive.

Parking was under the complex and gated. We arrived after hours and instructions for arrival were easy to understand and no problems settling in.
