Jaycar Electronics Hervey Bay

Have been to Jaycar many times & and have never been disappointed. Friendly, informative and professional. A great deal of businesses could learn from their customer service experience.

These guys knew exactly what I needed (antenna signal amplifier) knew right where it was, and the person I dealt with "Raymond" was delightful and happy to help. Unlike the bloke electronic shop across the road. And jaycars prices were better.

Went to get a small tv cable connector after trying three other stores and not finding what i thought I needed, They then politely explained to me why, everywhere else and Me was wrong they handed me the correct fitting, So when I got it home it worked perfectly, One it is not easy to tell me I am wrong, And they did it with humour and they took the time to provided me with what I needed and it was not a big sale for them just great customer service I will definitely use them for ther expertise an friendly service

The customer service I received of the Staff @ Jaycar Hervey Bay, was much appreciated. Answered all my questions, solved my problems, and went above and took time to teach me how to use what I had purchased, before I left the store. My problems were solved. So very impressed with the Customer Service I received. Can recommend.

Fantastic range of products, good range of electronic components , friendly and knowledgeable staff, fair pricing. If it's a big dollar item, ask for a discount. Great to have a large Jaycar store in Hervey Bay.

We lost everything in the Lismore floods. Had to leave the area for a bit and ended up in Hervey Bay for 7 nights. My 8yr old son decided to host a disco and we needed party lights. 15yrs since I thought to go to jaycar but there I went and got my lights. The service was amazing we went back everyday till we left to buy portable fridges, headlights for our car, you name it they had it especially when your son and husband love gadgets.
Can not recommend the people there enough. The prices were amazing, the service amazing. Felt like family. Thanks guys and gal's for everything.

Jaycar are always helpful, even if your looking, after advice or buying. I like to shop there. Jaycar is the English word for Professionalism.

Excellent support from Hervey Bay store to find a suitable cable for our wifi modem to antenna and good options suggested when they didn't have the complete part we needed for 12v charging. Thanks

An amazing young lady. On the ball. Even though she was totally overwhelmed. People lined up to pay, 3 deep. Herself helping another man. She kept her cool. Explained, to all of us. Another 4 customers. That she was the only person on duty. For the most part we awaited. Hey guys you need another person in that shop.

Helpful friendly staff. Always have what we need after JB hi-fi sending us there 😅

Jaycar is awesome I don't know where I'd get half the stuff I need without the hervey bay store , if you have a smile on your face and have a laugh with the staff they are quite good people .

Very helpful, had a bit of a project removing T top on boat, wanted conection to make it easier with the electric to put back on, they had all the bits and great advice, thank you.
