Large range, prices ok, customer service goos, however as with other rebel stores they tend to have more of the local NRL teams available, sizes are also limited, but other than that good place

My wife Glenys and myself went into Rebel Hervey Bay the other day to purchase a couple of items. All the staff without exception were very helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. As we left the store we both commented on what a great experience shopping there had been. We look forward to returning in the near future.

I went in to try a shoe that I knew that they didn't have in the colour that I wanted so that I could order it online as the sizes seemed a bit smaller. The man was very helpful, and we ended up spending over $100 on reduced items. WIN WIN

Store attendants are happy to order products from Bundaberg if an item is unavailable in the store; wait times on delivery vary with freight. The shortest wait for a battle rope was one day. Happy to deal with reasonable returns. Staff are accommodating to assist with all enquiries. There is no judgemental environment compared to other sports stores in Hervey Bay.

Store is nicely laid out. Staff are very helpful. The range is large with multiple choices. Good selection of shoes and sports equipment. Easy parking and also easy access from the road.

Great store, large and spacious, plenty of good stock. Staff very friendly and approachable, very happy to help. They have a nice selection of gym equipment and weights, and lots of shoes to choose from.

Went here to source a weight bench, was asked if I needed help a few times, by multiple friendly staff, they have a good selection, and a clean and tidy, organised store.

The staff were passionate and extremely helpful. Would shop there again if we visit the Bay. Thanks

Good selection of sports shoes at realistic prices

Excellent service as staff gave immediate service and provided numerous options bring out any alternatives required and allowing for them to be tried on properly and bring incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole procedure. I returned to buy a second pair on the same day after similar store provided no where near the same assistance

What amazing service from Joe. I have been to this store several times over the years and all staff have been helpful each time however I feel the best service I have received is from Joe yesterday who helped fit my 2 children. He is very knowledgeable and directed me to a much better shoe for my child who is flat footed. He asked questions and gave information about the shoes that a normal person would not have a clue about. Thanks Joe.

Came to rebel sports at Hervey Bay to buy a pair of running shoes. Dave was very helpful, had personal experience with the shoes he was selling and genuinely listened to what I was saying. I didn't feel like I was just being pushed to buy the most expensive option like I did in rebel sports in Brisbane and they signed me up for free to get a $50 discount on my shoes. Highly recommend!

Went looking for a pair of shoes and I can recommend the guy with the dicky knee (sorry didn't get his name). Great customer service, really helpful and knows his product, well done 👍. Came away with a decent pair at a very good price.
