Very good shopping experience in Kmart. Shop is well stocked. Located in the gigantic Stockland shopping centre. Very good parking mostly under shadesails.

Absolutely wonderful service. My pregnancy has been very challenging and the customer service assistant was brilliant at check out. She was so caring and kind, and let me sit down while she chatted to me, scanned all my items and repacked my trolley. It made such a difference and I was able to go enjoy my breakfast without needing to rest too long afterwards.

Comfortable to do household shopping..

on Saturday 27/10/18 we were looking for an item witch wasn't on display .We spoke to an young lady who's name was Faith who gave excellent service and found the item in the storage area which we were impressed. On Sunday we also saw her collect trolleys and pick up rubbish on her way through the store and put things back on the shelf on her way to the counter. Great to see keep up the good work.

Pretty basic campsite but staff are friendly and the place is very quiet. Second time i have been here and would certainly recommend it to anyone.
About 10 min drive to the main shopping centres and even less to the beach. Very convenient for trips to Fraser Island as boats leave right across the road from the campsite.

Who doesn't love Kmart! What's refreshing with this Kmart is it's the younger staff that are most helpful, enthusiastic and offer actual authentic customer service 👏🏽👏🏽 The mature staff at this Kmart should shadow the young ones and there's a thing called a smile! Google it, you never know if you practice maybe one day you could wear one to work!

Great variety of products. Had everything that I wanted, and I found things that I didn't know I needed.

Excellent service so much so we spoke to the manager and told her how helpful the young gentleman was. Sunday 13/1/19. Appox time 430 . Hope this helps to identify this young man for his Excellent service. We were buying camping gear.

Attention Store Manager! I’d like to commend a staff member Emma H. Worked especially hard and diligently serving many customers alone yesterday. In between carrying large boxes from dock to elsewhere. Also trying to help us with the antiquated Kodak photo shop. Making certain we were satisfied after being there for an hour fighting with the machine.

Big shout out to Byron in the back docks at our local Hervey Bay store. Made my day, after purchasing a faulty product this young man was so helpful and understanding. He helped me get by problem sorted in no time. So i thank you Byron

Kmart Hervey bay are amazing, always stocked up with everything you can think of. Staff are always clean presented and well mannered, very polite.

These guys are so awesome! Brought our campervan in an hour before they closed because the engine was acting up. They fixed it within the hour and didn't charge us anything. Thank you so much!!

Over the past 12 months KMart has really lifted it's game and the product selection and pricing is really good.

Always a pleasure....... Except for having to show receipt, and pretty much unpacking purchases to prove I'm not a thief 😕 Maybe have check outs at the front of store. Too time consuming
