Thank you to the team at Lorn Village Pharmacy who went above and beyond to assist me. You all demonstrate the true spirit and value of community pharmacy.

Great friendly and compassionate service and great advice. Wonderful team always do their best and go the extra mile to help. The pharmacist stays after hours when I need to, he even opened the pharmacy on his off day and delivered my medicine to me at home when I forgot to collect it before the weekend.

I wish I could make 10 STARS rating.. Great and friendly service , these lovely ladies have been looking after us for many years in a perfect way, and delivering our medicines to door.

An excellent pharmacy. These guys are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and efficient. And most importantly, they do the right thing by their customers. Highly recommended.

I tried to explain what I needed for the script.
Server kept talking over me and clearly not listening. I asked specifically for one type and was told that was fine, collect after 3pm. Husband collected the medication and had been given the wrong item. I called and was then told on the phone from the pharmacist that they don't do this type. This would have been fine if i had been told this from the start. Except the server obviously didn't listen. Had to return item to receive refund and script back and the original server decided to blame me instead of taking it on board. Acting rudely and very passive aggressively saying that they had explained it and again would not let me explain that they clearly didn't as I would have organised an alternative. Absolutely appaling and disappointing customer service. I was not rude, stayed calmed, simply disappointed at how it was handled and for the inconvenience and now don't have the medication ontime as needed to go elsewhere but too late to do it the same day.

OVER PRICED ON MEDICATIONS AND RUDE STAFF
WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, MOST EXPENSIVE PHARMACY IN THE MAITLAND AREA,
SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR PRICING AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
