Ben is one of the best operators around... the best service in every respect without the ridiculous price tag of a dealership.

I have been privileged to know the proprietor for over 20 years..

There is no one I would recommend or trust more with my pride and joy..

Wow! Described the problem over the phone via a 3rd person to Ben (Automatic stuck in 2nd gear)
“Yes, I can fix that, get the car here” - did that, 3 hours later we get the call to say, “all fixed”, and for the price quoted.
Sounds simple, but I had already spoken to a few Mercedes mechanics and none were confident of the fix or the cost.

Ben fixed our sunroof when many others said it couldn’t be repaired. Did a great job. Have other work that needs to be done, he’s got the job.

The rudest man on the coat. I spend $6,000 with him and when his job fails and oil leaks he books me three weeks ahead. When I turn up he says he has no room. He said that he won’t fix my car and threatened me. A thief and a liar. My fault for not staying with other reputable Benz repairers
