100% recommend. Awesome service. Went in to get a leak test done on my windscreen as I thought I had a leak. Turns out it wasn’t the windscreen but something to do with my drivers door. They did what they could do to help and then wouldn’t take any money. Will definitely be back when I need a windscreen

Attempted break-in on my driver's side windows & easter just around the corner. Only repairer able to fix it straight after Easter and for a reasonable price! FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Even helped me get out of the car do I didn't have to crawl out.

Great service. We had a cracked front windscreen in our new model car after our road trip. Due to replacement windscreen needed to be calibrated after being fitted, we had to take car to their premise. Car was booked in for first job at 8am with forcasted 2 hour timeline. They replaced window, calibrated it and had it ready on time. Even replaced service sticker on new window. At pickup showed us the full calibratuon report.They confirmed would deal with our insurance on our behalf.
Thoroughly recommend them for their professional snd friendly service.

On my way to work this morning a flying rock decided to meet my windscreen. Leaving a nice chip the size of a 10 cent piece. I firstly contacted Windscreen O'Brien's, to which I was rudely told, nothing that they could do, as the guys had left the shop for jobs. When I asked for a quote for repairs, the reception lady point blankly just said 'there is nothing I can do, call your insurance company" refuse to even give me a quote, let alone a date to which perform repair.
My next telephone call was to Hervey Bay Mobile Windscreens, and they were only to happy to assist, and my windscreen was repaired in under 30 minutes, on my lunch break. And great value also.
So people, these are the guys to call for your repairs. I usually have photos, but unfortunately my phone was left at work. But I am putting up their business card.

This company is fantastic I only went in because my rear view mirror fell off I rang as my mechanic directed and he said sure mate we will fix that took 5 - 10 minutes I asked mate what do I owe you he said don't worry about it? I know it didn't take him long but he still provided me a service great guy and the place looks amazing I told him I feel like shoving a star picket through my screen just to hang around and check out all the paraphernalia.

Recently had massive leakage in the car. I claimed a free windscreen and it all cost me nothing. They ran me to work and bought the car back to me. This is the second time I’ve had work done by these guys with diff areas of my car. They took pictures on their phone to show me the work done. Which I really appreciated. They really looked after me and never took advantage of me for being a female on her own. I highly recommend them.

The rear window of my canopy exploded over the weekend - I took it to the company that fitted the canopy and found out it's not covered by warranty! They removed the whole shattered window and ordered a new one (which is going to take 2 months!). I then needed to find a way to keep the canopy waterproof and secure to some extent.
After ringing around various places, I thankfully found Andy who told me to bring my ute in today. He covered the window area with industrial plastic wrap, which will at least keep the rain out.
If you need help with any car window issues, I can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks again.
