I was in the Gold Coast on holidays and got a tiny scratch on my rental car. Dropped in here for some touch up paint and had no idea what to do. A man named Neville was extremely helpful and helped me out of a bad situation. He actually just polished the scratch out for me - 10/10 customer service!! Could not recommend this company enough.

Poor, obnoxious, abhorrent, insulting, rude, impolite, ill-mannered, rough, crude, unhelpful, arrogant - those are the attributes to the man usually at the counter - his name is John. I wondered how come this man continues to be in business - am not sure if he is an employee or the owner.
Boycott this shop. There are better and numerous paint shops all over The Gold Coast. No need to go there.
