Hunter Events is absolutely incredible! Our wedding day went off without a hitch, all thanks to their phenomenal coordination. Louise and her team ensured everything ran on time, the setup was flawless, and all vendors were ready to go. Louise kept us in the loop with regular updates. It was such a relief knowing we were in capable hands. Trust me, Hunter Events is the way to go for a stress-free and seamless event!

Hunter events was the best company to have help and support you through your wedding and event needs. I was lucky to have the support from Hunter events with any of my wedding concerns. If I didn’t know what company to use, Hunter events had all the answers. I was extremely lucky to work very close with the beautiful Gaby. She became a massive part of our wedding and was there on the day to make sure the day went as perfect as possible and my goodness she sure did. Hunter events was always there for a chat, email or face to face meeting, I never felt like I was not in the loop. Great communication and wonderful workers that work with the company.

Sarah from Hunter Event Groups was fantastic in helping us plan our wedding at La Vigna Estate. She was helpful and a very calm energy to have present in the lead up and on the day itself. Words cannot even express how grateful Michael and I are to have you as our co-ordinator. The amount of work and stress you took away from us was incredible and having you on the day with us allowed for everything to run so smoothly. I’m usually so stressed out but I was the calmest I think I’ve ever been on the wedding day because I trusted you completely. At the start we weren’t sure if a co-ordinator was worth it but I can wholeheartedly say that every couple getting married NEEDS someone like you!"

I would highly recommend the team at Hunter events. We booked them for our on the day coordinator and wow it was totally worth it and such a good decision made. A huge Thankyou to Gaby and Louise for making the planning an easy and pleasant process. Both were wonderful to deal with. Gaby went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough for all the help she was on the lead up to the wedding and on the day. She definitely took the stress away and helped make the day run so smoothly. The level of detail, planning and support was second to none.

The Hunter Events Group were absolutely outstanding! a very special call out to Gaby and Louise, who went above and beyond through planning and co-ordination. The entire lead up to the wedding, and the day itself went so incredibly smoothly and it is all thanks to the team at Hunter Events Group. From the first meeting to our wedding day, the team at hunter events were so supportive, approachable, caring and helpful. Hunter events offers many different packages for your wedding needs and can help build a package based on what you require. Planning a wedding is hard but planning a wedding during a pandemic is something different. The team at Hunter Events made our wedding planning easy, without stress or worry. We felt very reassured that Louise and her team were only a phone call, text or email away; I took them up on this multiple times. We had to make the heart breaking decision to postpone our wedding due to covid. Louise, Charlie and their team made that whole process so easy for us. In fact we didn’t have to do anything but pick some date options, the team did the rest. We are so thankful we found Hunter Events, I would highly recommend Hunter Events to everyone who is planning a wedding to get in touch with them!

The whole Hunter Events team has been amazing, the team without a doubt has been the very best customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot stop raving to everyone about the care we have received and the thoughtful cards and messages we get, even on our birthdays! Wow, Hunter Events is simply perfect at wedding planning! Specifically Louise and Charlotte. We joined Hunter Events in 2018 to plan our wedding scheduled for mid 2020. In early 2020 due to COVID we had to postpone and Louise and Charlotte handled everything so perfectly and put us at ease every step of the way and bonus- we didn’t lose a cent due to the changes. The second wedding date was scheduled a year later for mid 2021 and once again we had to postpone due to COVID. Louise and Charlotte came to the rescue again and took care of changing all vendors and getting a new date for us. Our third date was scheduled for December 2021 and it actually went ahead! The day was honestly the most perfect and memorable day for us. There were little things with vendors that went wrong on the day but we weren’t even aware until 3 days after the wedding because Louise took care of them so quickly, efficiently and with pure professionalism and kept everything on the day exactly on track. I have been going on to anyone that will listen to hire a wedding planner! The amount of stress and worry I avoided is astronomical.
We now have perfect memories of the happiest day of our lives thanks to the fantastic planning of Hunter Events 🥰❤

Hunter Events NSW are the best in the business of wedding planning & styling. Louise & her team have strong supplier connections in the region, and can turn your wedding dream into a reality.

Their attention to detail is meticulous, and they listen to your brief and cater towards your budget. They are 100% transparent, and there are no hidden surprises.

Louise and team treat you like family, and they really do go above and beyond especially on the day. Their styling was on pointe and the attention to detail was out of this world.

The number one thing that impressed us was Louise's charisma, professionalism and her client service. Within 2 minutes of sending an email enquiry she picked up the phone and qualified you, and then invited you to have a no obligation chat. Louise and her team were very thorough and no task was problematic. They were realistic and managed expectations from the start rather than making assumptions. They KNEW which vendors and suppliers to match us up with. We never had to chase her she was always on the ball in terms of follow up.

We would highly recommend Hunter Events NSW and their new arm ChantillyRose Weddings to be the preferred planner and stylist of choice for your wedding in the Hunter Region, or other regions in NSW or interstate. We are so gonna miss working with the team after 2 years of working with them to bring our wedding vision to life. We hope they can plan some upcoming events such as baby showers, 40's and 50's.... and other life milestones or even corporate events in the Hunter Valley.

We first contacted the team at Hunter Events to gain some support for on-the-day coordination and last-minute planning. We believed we had ironed out all the details prior to our meeting.. boy we were wrong!

The girls were there through every step of the process leading up to the big day, and more often than not were keeping us on track to finalise all details.
Our big day itself was full of challenges. We were dealing with torrential rain and the worst floods NSW has seen in a decade.

I (the bride) was 45 minutes late to the ceremony, I broke 2 pair of heels before the reception had even started, and not to mention tore and mud-soaked my dress by the end of the night. Even so, the girls at Hunter Events ENSURED that this would not dampen our day and took care of each and every impacted detail without prompt or hesitation. Despite the uncontrollable challenges, we felt complete calmness because we knew no matter what took place, the girls were always 2 steps ahead. Louise and Charlotte were nothing short of superheroes, the amount of genuine care and effort placed by each of them shined through their every move and plan. From planning florals, run sheets, styling, guest lists - to on the day coordination, this team can do it all. We are hanging for our next event now, just so we have the opportunity and pleasure to work with them again!

Louise was amazing from the moment I first made contact with her. I absolutely recommend hiring a wedding planner if you are considering it, and 100% can recommend Louise and the team. She was organised and easy to communicate with in the lead up to our big day, and was absolutely awesome on the day of the wedding. Her and Cassie were on the ball from the moment they arrived, helping set up and get all the finishing touches together, and helped the evening run smoothly.
